Hey, are your mods only
available in english?
xao.silverclaws Mar 10, 2019 @ 7:37pm
There is a tutorial on nexusmods (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/16922) that explains how to convert Sea of Ghosts to SSE. I haven't tried it yet since I only found out about it a few minutes ago but for those who want to play SoG on SSE this seems to be the most likely way. It is possible that you might be able to convert the other quests to SSE using the same methods. I've been using (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/17990?tab=description) to convert a few smaller mods to SSE myself and so far it's worked. The idea is unless the mod comes with a .dll file, there's a good chance it can be ported using the above information.

That said, these mods by thirteenoranges do sound rather interesting. I might have to check them out sometime.

Ok so this is more for people who have played this all 5 of these quests, but is there a recommended order to play them?
tramper Jan 20, 2019 @ 6:25pm
One reason i have held off SSE because these aren't there and as far as quests go, these are about the best you can get, only reason i don't use No Mercy is because where its located between Sarethi Farm and Heartwood Mill, it stops meetings you have in the vanilla game at that spot, here you run into conflicts between Imperial and Stormcloak soldiers, ambushes by Vampires, Bandits etc, i have played it, but i prefer running into the conflicts that you get by not having No Mercy.

Commenting on Lord Benjimus Jan 21 @ 12:43pm post:

1. ThirteenOranges was bannished on the Nexus, and positing his stuff there might just get you banished, too.

2. I actually tried what you described to get the mods to work, but they crashed Skyrim on start up . Could you elaborate on what you did to get them to work? I really really want to play these mods in SE.
Benjimus Jan 28, 2018 @ 12:58pm
Hey ThirteenOranges, do you mind if I try to get this mod on the nexus after trying to convert to skyrim SE?
Benjimus Jan 21, 2018 @ 12:43pm
i got it by downloading the original skyrim, subbing to this mod, then moving the files into the skyrim SE location(in the same relative spot and it showed on the launcher).

i would like to re upload it to nexus as soon as i get a response from the creator.
Space Aug 18, 2017 @ 10:11pm
Wish these were on nexus.

Apparently it is bugged at the moment, Realm of Daedra is started by grabbing the note to start No Mercy.

How To Start The Quests:

Sorcery:
- Sorcery can be started by reading A Sorcerer's Folly. Available in the Bards College and in some book form lists.

- The quest can also be started by stumbling upon the locations during exploration.

The Sea Of Ghosts
- You find the ship in Solitude and pay 5000 to hire them

Realm Of Daedra
- The quest can be started by reading Ornarol's Fate, a book that can be found in the Bard's College, or by the shrine of Akatosh north east of Rorikstead and as random loot. The book is on a table on the main floor on the right as you enter through the main door.

No Mercy
- The quest can be started normally by finding the dead messenger to The Vigilant on the road between Ivarstead and Riften.

The Bigger They Are
- The quest can be started normally by reading Of Holfir Giant Slayer, a book that can be found in Whiterun's general store, the Bard's College, and as random loot in dungeons.

Probably not getting ported any time soon cuz the mod author works for Ubisoft and has been working on Skull & Bones. this was probably done for his resume to work there

These are some of the best Expansion Mods you can get. A fair amount of time went into these. I LOVE THE BOX ART ON THESE TITLES. Quality is about Keeping SKYRIM all SKYRIM with Lore-friendly mods. THE EMPIRE IS LAW: THE LAW IS SACRED
Ekajaja Feb 7, 2016 @ 12:50am

@hellokarrot err... there are my little pony mods and child killing mods on steam :D
W03 Mar 27, 2015 @ 12:51am
i love the bigger they are
fratatton Mar 20, 2015 @ 4:42pm
Liked them all... almost!

The Bigger They Are is the less interesting of the bunch: nice story, but the in the end there was no battle! The bow makes things too easy!

And The Realms Of The Daedra has a very nice backstory, but it is a bit too easy to obtain some of the bonus powers.

No Mercy is very brief but also very nice. A small digression, but worth the time.

Sorcery is very well done, with an interesting story, a coherent background, and interesting development, even if somewhat lacking in the finale: I expected it to be more difficult, with more opponents (or more wave of opponents), and maybe a negotiation with the daedric prince himself to make him nullify the contract...

The Sea of Ghosts is the best of the five, but maybe I say this because I like exploration and adventure by sea ;P It is a strange quest, because it simply asks you to explore new places and stimulates your curiosity, linking together many small adventures, each one of them unique.

MORE!!! MORE!!! MOOOOOOORE!!!!
Keeper of the ᵐᵉᵐᵉ Feb 9, 2015 @ 9:22am
Great mods, although it's a shame that the Nexus admins are so irritating; they banned the Climate Overhauls, this guy, one of the big texture overhauls...
hellokarrot Feb 8, 2015 @ 8:53am
The nexus bans people for being mean, just saying someones mod is bad can result in a ban. The system is not that perfect but where else are you going to get rape, child killing, and My Little Pony mods? NO WHERE THATS WHAT! Deal with it.
Caliph Blue Moon Feb 2, 2015 @ 2:10pm
"wish these were on nexus, have too many issues getting mods from the workshop so I don't.

Also think its ironic his donation link takes you to nexus and he refuses to put his mods on there."

His account was banned off from nexus, no clue why.

Update: after reading through the 29 pages...It seems that These Are just ESPs and BSAs. So no worries. Will zip 'em up and add 'em to MO.

Thank You +ThirteenOranges :)
AyleidRuin Jan 27, 2015 @ 3:05am
Great Mods. I played a lil of Sea of Ghosts back in 2012 :)
To HeadChef comment...I would like a zip/7zip to download.
I use Mod Organizer and I would rather not track down all assets.

IF on the other hand these are just ESPs/BSAs ...then I can locate them my self. (data folder)

I apologize in advance if this has been asked.
HeadChef Jan 20, 2015 @ 7:21pm
I can guarantee you I would download all of these... If they were on the Nexus, that is.
Moe Nemi Jan 20, 2015 @ 7:23am

a great way to get all the quests at once rather than looking everywhere for them.now i can sub and unsub to make way for more alot easier
Edgar Family Games Sep 30, 2014 @ 7:16pm
On another note, I really love these ThirteenOranges. I look forward to any more work you do, and congratulate you on have the talent, patience, and know-how to put these together
Edgar Family Games Sep 30, 2014 @ 7:14pm
I believe that the author has said on multiple occasions that nexus was not something he was wanting to deal with. Don't quote me on that though, since I don't want to be spreading around something that's not true. Granted I wouldn't want to have to deal with nexus either, I can see where he's coming from. Workshop is just fine, imo.
dankukulele Sep 23, 2014 @ 11:57pm
Nexus?
Ah shit ... Here we go again ! Sep 11, 2014 @ 3:14pm
The Nexus has very strict opinion which can sometimes really suck, but let's be honnest, yes the nexus has more mod, but the most important is the compatibility between mods.
And this Workshop really sucks about compatibility.....
Narlington Sep 11, 2014 @ 3:32am
@Fearic it's true, some of these mods arent that good, and i know you probs will forget what u said because its been 1 month since u said it XD but the reason that some of them (Mainly the first one) is so rushed or randomly put together is because he was the first person to make a quest mod (or atleast on steam) and also, it may be because some of the riddles/clues/challenges where a bit confusing :P
