I'm more familiar with warhammer modding, so I'm unsure if it's possible to stack assets on top of each other in Rome 2, but I think it would look nice if you gave Aurelian the laurel wreath/crown Tetricus has, just gold instead of silver. Right now he looks a little less " RESTITUTOR ORBIS " and a little more "guy who goes golfing with your dad".

You're wrong, Aurelian does have his own hair + beard asset which was left unused - it's called "3c_aurelian_hair_cine" inside the "man/skin" folder. Here's an image of it:

Because there aren't such things in the game models. The sun-helmet is the only "hair" Aurelian can get.
