And this mod is a problem for those who want to open their own shop on a city building because npcs will spend all their money on the stalls and dont buy from your shop but thats not this mod fault, the npcs simply buy around the city randomly. Once I spent a lot of time and money creating my own bar for sell meds and rum, left the counter with 8 rum bottles, some meds and dried meat for check and a week after i didnt sell a single one because npcs go out of cats in minutes shopping on the 5-10 stalls around the city. Consider disabling this mod if you want to make your own shop in a city profitable.
stalls seem to work in my game, well i donttt own a stall but npcs do shop at the town stalls all the time, and npcs will use my shop counter in a building i got in sho battai
when i get home tomarrow ill try to remember to check my mods and let you know what my mod setup looks like (i am using other shopping mods in addition tto this market stall mod i just dontt remember which ones)
This mod, for some reason, touches every other building in every single town. It's literally impossible to use this mod and any other mod that changes or alters any city in any way without seriously fucking up the layout of any town. Even mods you try to make yourself somehow. It's maddening. It's like this mod is amazing and nearly a must include but because I want the market stalls to work I cannot use or even make any mod that affects any town in any other way.
The vendors are supposed to be at their stands during daytime.
One might say it makes the game easier but I just think it's stupid when there's not a single trader trading goods inside a settlement with people who obviously need to eat.
"After researching public sales you will have 2 sub menus in your building menu: Market stalls, and market stall decorations. The first one has every market stall you can build and a chest you need to place on them for them to actually function."
Where is this "a chest, I have to build on the stalls"? In the market stall menu, there are many types of stalls but no chests at all.
There are some shop counters in other menus (Z Genesis and Indoor), but it's clearly not what is described here. They are for indoor usage and it's not clear if they will work correctly.
This mod is already integrated in Genesis, hombre, you don't need it if you're using the Overhaul.
Hi sorry for not answering for so long. Since I haven't been modding for a long time I have forgetten how I managed to do some of the things. But if you still need some help I can try to help you somehow:) just write a comment here, I promise to check comments section here at least for the next week :)
P.S I have never used discord and don't know if I have an acount there :)
Hi, sorry for not aswering, I have stopped checking my comments section. If you want to be co-author of this mod to keep it alive I might try to make you one, just tell me how to do it :)
Can i just move the town marker, build my stall - and than restart the game (so the town marker gets back to his old position)
Hi sorry, for the late answer. I am not modding Kenshi anymore (at least for now) so I stopped checking this pages.
You can integrate this mod with yours in anyway you want to, good luck with what you are doing:)
I am the author of Kenshi Architecture Mod (KAM), and wanted to ask you the permission to integrate your work into my mod. I believe KAM really needs to integrate your market stalls to create beautiful living settlements. Obviously, you would be credited for your work on the page's description! :)
Best regards!
