Overall, a good effort with challenging puzzle concepts if a bit rough around the edges. I'll probably be back for your follow up chamber, though, so keep building!
The first is that your introductory chamber is a bit disorienting. Because the player is at ground floor level it's hard to tell where to position the portal. So putting in some markers on the floor below the fizzler or simply raising up the portion the player has to walk on would be appreciated.
Also, running from one button to the other button can be a bit frustrating. I thought I was missing something the first time I played. The other elements of your puzzle are challenging enough that the "puzzle" of running isn't necessary(as evidenced by my yet-to-complete-it status.)
I'll give you some more feedback after some more testing.

A bit of trial and error on the flinging in the next room but I'm pretty good with that. I don't really mind the inverting of the reflection cube. I've seen it enough times now that it is a viable puzzle element to me.
All in all, good work!
*SPOILERS*
The map overall is pretty cool, well made. Now I just have some problems with it:
- I do not like when lenses have to be put upwards or downwards or such. But I see the point, how would you bring in new puzzle elements if you don't go across the border of "normal stuff". I guess it's also a matter of taste - I also don't like when you have to walk on grids or such, just cause it feels not portal-like. It's not something that you could have possibly seen in an official map. So, it's ok, and right now I just read in the comment section that there is a way with portals. Anyway I did it with a rotated cube, which was not fitting my taste.
- The fling to the button... I seriously hate stuff like that. I read here that it works when doing only one fall off the roof, which I may not have tried in the video. And maybe I called it buggy in the end.
Course it's my stupidity. It's either 1 fall off the roof, or 2, or max speed, whereas two could already be maxspeed. But it just happened that I thought twoards another direction, which was like that I have to fling myself not out of the angled panel, but out of the wall, above the observation room, which is supercrazy to hit the portal there.
I hate flinging anyway in general. And after I raged about it and simply noclipped up, my rage grew even more by finding the speed for the ball.
I wanna solve puzzles not try and error.
With that jump working, I'd rate it like that:
Difficulty: 5/10
Time: 10min
Rating: 7/10

The laser part, it is supposed to do without portals right? I'm talking only about getting the laser throught the 2 pins and to the receptor. I did it without portals but had to manually ( x] ) turn the cube up, which is kind of weird, is that the right solution or is there another one?
I had fun, good work c:
Didnt realise the ceiling was a problem for people. My intended solution was to only drop from the ceiling once before flinging up through the angled panel . Will bear that in mind for future chambers. Thanks.
Although the momentum puzzle was odd... if I fell through the falling loop whatever you call it more than once, I would smack into the cieling and fail to reach the landing spot! If the cieling was one block higher it wouldn't have been a problem...but maybe this was on purpose, I dunno.
everything is very clear, like that
Thumbs up!
