I can just promise you that, when this problem is fixed, I'll gladly fix these issues, because if it's an issue to you, it's also to me, because I play using my mod. Policies that add culture to buildings seem to be a problem area in general for mods that add it. The policies in the Ideological Overhaul mod that add culture to certain buildings also don't seem to do it, but the science and gold seem to work, as they do here. Also, is there any way you could add to the finisher for Liberty a slight reduction in the science cost of new technologies for founding cities, as you did with culture? That is another hindrance from players going wide.
