For such simple graphical edits, only point 5 in the mod guide is important.
The tools to use are PFM (PackFile Manager; but it is outdated) or RPFM (Rusted PackFile Manager; the most recent one).
Since this is quite an easy mod without any real effort, i won't upload it in the workshop.
- download the file
- place it in steam/steamapps/common/Total War WARHAMMER II/data
- start the game
- activate the mod in the launcher
- make sure that it is in the load order before any other mods that could overwrite the appearance of Mannfred
I have to keep the description "chad wight king" in mind. :'D
