Day 201- Calling it quits. Has become too laggy to be enjoyable. Cool map though. Thanks for sharing.

Day 169- I have since realised there is a secret goat path leading to the north. Finally got at all the oil and minerals. Lag has become a serious factor on this map. I tried reducing setting but that wasn't enough.

Atm I have 40 Thanatos and many snipers directly assaulting the northern spawn in hopes to reduce their numbers enough to help performance. Not making much of a dent really.

Turns out my problem was neglecting Ballista. It's actually the perfect step-tech for the situation. What I am curious about is how people report to have so many Thantos. I could only make a handful with so little oil.

I tried spreading influence over the channels to get to the northern map but my defences get destroyed before they can be built. Like the infection kills them. Nothing actually hitting them.

Currently day 103, holding with 300 snipers, executors and 20 odd Thanatos.

I slogged away at this all day yesterday but couldn't get past day 24 lol. Haven't played the game in years so that might be expected.

I always get overrun by those damn harpies. Pretty cool map. I'll keep at it.

alot of fun but even at day 130 , its almost just runners and chobby . i have full map covered and optimised to have 4 k snipers . the zombies barely get out of their spawn . late game is too easy

As a beginner it is easy once you get enough resources and spam snipers and executioners ... challenging at the beginning as still slow in expanding the colony .... Thanks

would be more difficult if you add spitters after day 40 ...... like how you left small path to reach top area ... thumbs up nice map

I played a map where the path are wider, and much shorter. I think with executioner or few thanatos you can't really lose. Due to the limits of zombie can go (because the wide of the path). At certain point, some zombie will glitches/died due to overflow

Just finished my first run of this map. Or well, accidently un-garrisoned like 1k+ snipers at day 160~ and decided to give up :P Killed 2.8 mill infected!

Really great map, probably one of the best I've tried so far. And it has good ballanced, not just 100 giant waves, like a lot of maps.
Wish there was more Oil though.

I bugged a ranger to the other island where the houses are,i lost at day 10, i coud not do anything without having gold so i suck at this game and at this map.

its pretty easy i have to destroy the Command Center by myself cause the Zombies die direct at the spawn piont u just have to spam snipers and its done at day 60

everytime i play this it always tells me the colony is lost at 17 days even tho nothing touched the command center...

This issue should now be resolved with the new update, if not, there's not much else I can do to solve the loading issue. All special characters have been removed from the loaded title and shouldn't have anymore problems.

great concept i like it . one question though could you make a easy never ending version .

Remove the "1.4" and make it "1-4". It won't load, but at least it will try.
So, Travis4334, please try changing the name of the name of the "....Tower Defense (Endless) 1.4" to "....Tower Defense (Endless) 1-4" - I betcha it will work

super cool map, fun to play but i saved and exit the game to contine later on, the game didnt load the saved file. This happend several times and just in this map.

Unfortunately I can't adjust health of entities. The map can only get so hard before they just get wiped out from crowd control as well.

Just quit the game and I believe I was around day 200. Pretty sure the zeds stop getting harder after day 80ish. I was at the point I had 600+snipers maybe 100-200 towers, 60ish thanatos and the zeds hardly got out of their own "bases". The start of the game was a nightmare (well done) and it took me several trys just to get past day 25 BUT ...... once you got past day 50 it was pretty much down hill. Not sure if its possible, I know you really can't jam anymore zeds on the map, but maybe boast their health?? Anyway, thanks for an awsome map

I honestly have no idea what's up with the loading issues, it's not just this map and quite a few people have brought it up, something for the game devs to fix.

i liked the endless mode. it would be great to have giants but the waves for the day 40-221 all are the same strength wish they could be stronger

Unfortunately I don't have any options for difficulty. It's not an easy map for a beginner, but with some practice, I'm sure you'll get the hang of it :)

Hopefully the devs add a way to adjust HP on the the zombies however, until then it's just as good as it gets. I will add a giants but it's going to take an overhaul and that might be a while.

I love these tower defense maps. However the only way to make these difficult is with Giants. I was able to be unkilliable by day 35ish. No amount of paths is going to do it imo unless like you said previously they make it so you can buff the normals zombies.

That is awesome - I look forward to your next release, and again thank you so much for taking the time to make content for us to enjoy.

I definitely understand the involvement it takes to impliment changes, what takes me 10 minutes to type could take literally days+ to change, but I am glad you listen to 'community' feedback, it will not only allow you to enhance your already great maps, but help you when developing new maps so you can take those ideas/suggestions into account when your doing the initial design, which at that point is much easier to make changes.

I look forward to revisitng this map again sometime soon after updates, and really look forward to your new map - thanks again and keep up the great work, you bring literally 100's of hours of enjoyment to others, myself included!

I can make some changes to the map and yes the path was intended to have power accessing the rest of the map, I need to update it. However for the giants... They break this map something awful, for some reason they reach past the 2 tile space which in my other maps, it doesn't happen. I will try tweaking the map and see what I can do in order to make it more enjoyable/challenging but I will have to take the time to overhaul the map. As of right now I am also about to release another TD map, not endless so it may be a while before I get back to this one as the other takes a long time to balance out and fix some kinks. Thank you all for the feedback and I will try to get these updates out when I have time :D!

I agree with Meekrat4. I'm at day 41 and all the waves are simply getting picked off before they even manage to take out the first stone wall I have blocking thier way. Without giants in the later waves, my hordes of snipers, thanatoses, soldiers and towers are just vaporizing everything.

Very enjoyable map. im on 200 days now and i'm planning to get over 100 titan (you can buy them from inn) and to make defense line on spawn point XD

Ok, thats it for suggestions. Really enjoyed the map, played it for several hours until I got to day 100+. I currently have max titans, 100+ executors/shocking towers, and 1000+ snipers all in towers, I think I've reached the point where nothing will ever get even through 10% of my defenses. Thanks again for taking the time to make content for our community, and taking time to read my text!

If you change up the bottom right of map slightly, to allow tesla towers to be built and spread energy, this would allow players to utilize almost the rest of the entire map in the NW and SE, there is already a walking path, but you can't get power

Instead of having the infected cities angled the way you do, you could have the main one in the north center and the other two to the left and right, this would allow you to expand the paths a bit (increasing difficulty as you mentioned), allow more starting room for building (could disregard previous suggestion), and would in general look a bit cleaner. Just imagine your current map, but
the cities/pathways turned anti-clockwise by a few degrees.

Couple suggestions (I've never used the editor, so some of this may be difficult or impossible);

You should be able to add giants to the waves (have seen them on spawned waves on many other custom maps) - this would significantly increase difficulty. You could perhaps have them spawn 1 at a time at a later wave, like 40 or 50 etc., and then every 5 days add another giant to the spawn. If you started at day 50, by day 100 you'd have 10 giants spawning at every point 30 total), as time went on, this would eventually become extremely hard to defend against

Add a note to your map info somewhere that acid spitters don't spawn - it is very valuable to know, there are some maps like this where they do spawn, and can cause all kinds of problems if they hit structures on the 'safe' side, can set off a quick chain reaction resulting in loss, so knowing they can't spawn is helpful to some veterans

I was thinking of making the top parts of the map more open for increased flow and have a funnel into each lane to maybe help. I will most likely change the "cities" for each spawn location as well.
