trying to get mods to work with me and my friend we downgraded to 1.4 im having issues where pawns will ignore all work orders though if anyone has any idea add me lemme know

Everything is in a flux right now with the 1.5 update. It'll take some time to get this playable again.

but the collection is cool, I like it.

Cool collection, even with the config from github there is an usual and repeating problem with "eggIncubator". It shows that there is a "config issue" with this one and whenever an animal sporulate/is being born/etc... I experience desync.
Sometimes some event in the left upper corner appears and I experience desync too. Can't hunt or tame from animal tab too, must do manually.

Haven't tested in a while. Some mods may have updated. There is also a core MP issue that probably affects the pack, it'll be fixed on next release.

I'm running into sporadic desyncs on a two player run with this collection, maybe once every 10-15 in game days or so. Only have mods from the collection installed, and properly downloaded / installed the configs from github. Can we confirm the current collection is still viable?

Strange, must be recent because it's worked fine for me many times. It's an essencial feature, I'd have noticed. Check for errors in the console.

idk if this is known yet or not but: upon adding a new bill in the seed processing spot (or whatever it is to transform raw vegetals into seeds), i get desynced and can no longer click anything on my screen, making it essensially soft-locked (some things still work). Can't find a way around nor can i find what exactly causes it (other than the setup i described earlier). I'd advise to use different spots on different stoves as a 'work around'
I've also had trouble with colonist hauling berries (idk why but only berries do that) and colonists shooting as geckos (idk why either)

Yeah, some mods I added cause issues so I disabled them. I'll eventually prune them from the list.

Hello! Added the configs to the save folder and everything seems to work fine but I did notice that a bunch of the mods that the collection adds aren't activated with the current config. Is this supposed to be like that or has something gone wrong?

You need all the config, you just don't add the mods. The config files are in the instructions above.

Also, a LOT of people are REALLY not going to like the seed & terraforming mods. It's a rabbit hole of doom. :p

As others stated, the wildlife tab is a constant source of desyncs. We dl'd all configs, followed instructions, etc.

I'd like to add there's no improvement regarding desyncs using this *w/2+ people* vs whatever you want. They're frequent. It's fine if you're playing SP while hosting MP but anything works in that setting. Several of the mods aren't even compatible w/the current version of the game. I also kinda think when playing mp, it's just going to happen > period.

After playing this list a while, we added mods. Don't use Better Pawn Control > it causes desyncs on the work tab. We're having an issue commonly reported in the Giddy Up 2 comments where pawns freeze when trying to mount an animal. I've disabled mounting in mod options but it didn't work. I'm hoping a restart will fix it.

Imo > just make your own modlist for mp while keeping in mind known mod conflicts/load order as you add. I doubt there is a solution for everything. I did love the aesthetic additions here.

Please remember that this is a free project being maintained by someone who chooses to spend some of their valuable time updating and sharing this with the community. Most desyncs can be resolved by copying in the configs again.

Wow this works really well, def doesn't make my rimworld black screen and so i can't do anything.
then I alt F4 and it works , then i launch, then it doesn't work..

Is there a list of mods to remove as not everyone who I want to play with has all the DLCs? Or would this not work regardless as the mod config will be expecting mods which edit DLC content which I will have removed? Thank you

Is this supposed to happen? First time modding Rimworld and I can't seem to plant anything beside some flowers (from Vanilla Plants Expanded) and grasses.

Yea after using the unstable ones I managed to narrow the desyncs down to one action thats happening in game and that is when pawns choose to haul items themselves. When you prioritise there are no desyncs though

At your own risk. If they're on the list, I'm testing them under unstable (github), they're not in stable because I'm investigating desyncs and what not. Currently something is desyncing and I don't know yet.

If it’s the order from when you unpack the config can we not use the other mods like giddy up and stuff
