The molotov icon seems to be bugging out for me. I'm getting the missing icon "img" texture for it.

It does not attract the Lost, it's literally in the description.

This simple mod has saved my butt on more than one occasion! Early game, for those hard to beat enemies like mutons, set them on fire!

The Incendiary Grenade is the intended progression for the Molotov.

(Like if you researched a Muton or those spider things it buffs the molotov blueprint)

I don't recall if that config file has an array of Molotov's abilities. If not, you can do it with Template Master or Weapon Skin Replacer. But first you have to actually have the ability. You can generate it with one of the Boundir's mods.

Nevermind it seems like it very rarely crash, the small issue where they sometimes skip throw animation still happens though

Nevermind it seems that the problem is not consistent but it does happen 1 in 6 times, it will sometimes even skip the throw animation and left the target ground to immediately burn

The soldier takes whatever is on their belt for the throw animation. Belt can display only one thing in that slot, so if the soldier has both a grenade and a molotov equipped, there's a good chance the animation will show a grenade when throwing a molotov.

you mean from Utility slot mods? might be. I don't just put throwables in the Grenade slot so if htat's an issue that's probably it.

Any idea why when the device is in the hand of my character doing the throw animation it is a grenade but then transforms into a molotov bottle in the air? other than that, very cool

Unsubscribed due to a bug which shows 2 molotovs in separate boxes in my soldiers inventory in the battlefield. One works and the other says (missing something, i cant remember now) so when i throw the buggy one, it does no damage.

Im using a controller and RPGO.

@Iridar In the Windows version of the game, most every item in a soldier's inventory menu would show a little red "X" button/icon. You can click on the "X" to remove the item from the soldier's inventory. Your molotov item does not have that little red "X" for removal.

This mod uses the same targeting methods as grenades. I don't have a custom targeting method that I could configure to have tile snapping on or off.

@Iridar Is there a way to disable tile-snapping targeting for these? I was looking in the configs for -bg-'s [WOTC] Suppressable Targeting Abilities mod but didn't see anywhere to add modded, throwable explosive types.

Da molotovs are really useful when flushing out bunkered hostiles. As an example I can tell, I managed to fry the pork out of the chosen hunter as my 7 men team surrounded him in a ravine... Rarely have I felt I can force them on the defensive...This was a most welcome change...

This mod is great! But I'm getting a bug where the fire is invisible. Any fire that is created from it spreading is visible, but the initial fire is invisible.
