Not all the formations, sorry, the original data file has some ridiculous values for formations not used in the game. For those who only download the Winter Desert Legion that's no fun so I left them out.

Version of jan 2, 2019 adds the new and changed formations that are used in my upcoming mod for specialized WRE infantry. That's all, nothing else is changed.

I gotcha XD playing a Vanilla Pagan WRE campaign right now. Food? whats Food? XD.

Yes, PFM only, don't use EditSF anymore. But editing the tables is difficult enough, as I don't want to change the balance. Right now I'm modding the unit formations for more interesting battles. Took me days to add something useful without making the game too complicated. It's al about in-game trade-offs. Choices... choices...

Don't understand the question (but no question is weird because it's a question :-)
Possibly you ask if I did change the start position. That's not necessary, Military Wharfs and Ports are scarce because they cost a lot of money and you need those Fishing Ports for food. A player will think twice before building a Military Wharf. So that brings some sort of regional recruitment in the game without editing the regions itself.
