After long time being on hiatus for playing this game, I created new ship with this mod:

Still can be improved, but floats reasonable well.

When I want to craft the Block RopeEndingShipWT, I get a Block with the name RopeEnding2WT and I can't build it.

@kcs123 I think I found my problem... It seem that the name of the specific item have a little mix up. Like in the "G-menu" the item is called (Ark Raft Parts 2) but the same Item in the "Crafting table menu" is now called (Survival Raft Front) and that's why I couldn't find a way to make them in survival mode. I simply made a "search" for the wrong name in the crafting table by using the name from the G-menu. So it's all good now. Exept I would prefer that 1 specific item always have/uses the same name both in the G-menu as well as in the respectble "crafting table menues". ;-)

@Malum1971, I got similar bug with shipyard crafting station. Despite having proper resources and icon being enabled, I could not craft certain items. Happened when I tried to add more items to craft while someth8ing else was craqfting at same time.

I have solved this by destroying buged shipyard crafting station and created new one.

Hey wolfgar7474 It seem like you cannot craft the "Ark raft part 2" in the crafting table nor in the shipyard. So you can only use that part when using "creative mode". Is that intensionel or did you just forgot to put it in when you made the opgrade to 0.7x ?

I guess it started to happen when I added decorative griphin on bow part.

- and some part similar to ordinary catch block, with 4 small mount points on one side and 1 mount side point in the middle. But unlike ctatch block that have limit on force, this one should not have moving parts, just rigid attachment.

- same version of those, but as rounded timber, for more aestetic transition between wide mast part to small mast part

That would reduce need to have multiple variants of same parts, like "centered" rudder, sails, bow section, etc. I understand that you have limited free time to work on this and whole game is in "uncertain" phase of development, so don't feel any pressure on this. Work on any mod only if you enjoy working on it at the same time.

@wolfgar7474, if you ever want to update this mod, I got few desires/request of new parts that might be useful for others too. Just for easier overcome of difficulties encountered trough design phase.

- angled timber arches 2-10 in length that are two and three small blocks wide for even smoother aestetic angles ~15 and ~30 degree angles, have to reverse engineer my blueprint, bow and stern section

- triangulate straight timbers that can be attached on top of angled timber arches, one version of angled timber arches have missing mounting points

- arched plank wall. 5, 8 and 10 in wide and 5 up to 10 in length. So you can use ordinary arched timbers as "ribs" and place such planked wall in between

- small "adapter" parts, could be even separate mode, that can be used for mount transition from even block part sized craft to odd part number craft size. Something like T shaped timber with 1 mount point on one side and 2 mount points on oposite size.

Found small bug with mounting of AngledTimber arches. "B" variant allows you to attach timber on the side, while other mirrored, unmarked or "A" variant does not allow you that.

I probably miss something obvious or have missing dependencies. But, how you can create Sloped angled timbers ? I got sloped timber arches, but can't find where to craft straight but sloped angled timbers that I can attach to ship bow part.

Btw, very cool 3D models, for both, part blocks and complete parts.

The Bow is designed to work with a even number sorry for that.

You just need to add a timber in the middle of the angled timbers and then you have a uneven number. The ship will then have a (1x10 angled) a timber and a (mirror 1x10 angled) which would give your odd number.

that was quick. But I found a little problem. The "sloped angled timber 10" intersects with the "angled timber block". That means building a ship that is uneven number of blocks wide isn't possible without a little gap.

Also how does that picture above have the bow block if it isn't 2 blocks wide. And also I don't know what word means a number that is 1,3,5,7,9... and so on.

CESKy gave me the right Havok installer. I had wrong type I guess. I just updated the trap door so it should have physics now.

For me, Blender has no problem working on files on any drive, OS or storage, HDD or SSD. Try Googling your issue, maybe.

well I tried to fix trap door but I got a SSD drive for my pc and steam is on HHD. Blender does not work right in E or C some conflicts from hell. Not sure what to do right now so trap door is just for looks I guess for now.

I would recommend Storis Small Block doors. That mod is reason I dont make more doors. He has plenty in that mod.

Thanks. Couple things:
- Ship Deck Hatch Door has no collision for the door
- No mast extension for huge sail

Otherwise, I like it. Might start incorporating it into my ship builds.

Could you put a list of those blocks in the description? You've gone to all the effort to create 3D models and get them into the game, but didn't bother to spend 5 minutes putting a list in the description?

I can not build some of the things with the mod such as ladders of that long pole at the front of the ship. I don't see them listed on any build menu. Could you tell me were I should look for them?

I can make the Griffin but not the other things.

I made it so you build ships with angled timbers. I had to many problems getting the panels to work when .7 arrived.

@wolfgar have you abandon those shipblocks that used to make the sides of the ships ? because I can't find anywhere to craft them anymore. Only the deckblocks/cabinblocks seems to be there...

Still missing all the sideparts(hull) of ship. only the deck shows of previus builds. Hope you find a solution this otherwise amasing mod...
