When Stellaris 2.4 the tools were broke for me but I just tried modding in Stellaris 2.7 and it seems to work fine. I think it's worth another try to see if you can update this.

Also, you should set the version to "2.7.*", with a star at the end. The mod currently has a version of "2.2.2", but using a star at the end means that the mod will work for longer before showing warnings.

There will just be two instances of this mod in the launcher. One will work fine and can be enabled, the other will just be grayed out. As long as you can enable one of them it should still work.

I am nothing without this Mod. I don't like his slobbering "PFFTBLBLBLBUHHPFFFFFT" noises that happen when you have a new Mission (e.g. changing Pop genetics or timed missions), though.
