Thou seriously, this hat is quite neat: thou I'm 50/50 about having some sort of string/bandage that would hold it in place. Just sayin' ;v

To everyone: I'd greatly appreciate it if you guys would give me some constructive criticism regarding how the model looks, especially considering this was my very first model EVER. It's nice to hear that you guys like it, but you have to admit, it doesn't really help me get better, right? :P

First model! Dude it took me 2 years to acttually understand any of TF2s compling software so I can make my first hats I made (the 2 I have up) were quite crap, This is amazing for a first item. Try have it on the back could be a good idea!

The most common type of Specular Lighting is used as part of Phong shading or Blinn-Phong.

The reason I suggest using normals, is it will allow you to give a tile texture to the turtle shell without adding tons more polygons.

To put it simly, specular lighting makes things shiny.
