This mission doesn't contain any scripts or functions which edit damage output, so it could be due to the fact that weapons/ammunition from different mods have inconsistent damage models, or possibly that the AI in question killed you with a headshot.
I think this version has a respawn script, which should work when you die when starting it via Scenarios. Otherwise if you just run this mission via a LAN server, you should be able to respawn normally like in other multiplayer missions.

The loot isn't spawned dynamically on the ground (this caused FPS issues and wouldn't delete properly), but ever map has several types of crates/containers which contain random loot depending on the container type, just like in Escape from Tarkov.

I downloaded the traders' script, but it is a lot to adjust and my skills are limited only to create spawning zones and activate some triggers, it will take a while before I can understand and make the adjustments.
I'm thinking of putting some things that I think would be cool on the mission, one of them is bosses in the zones and the other is to release the extraction only after killing the bosses or other enemies that would just be to give the impression of having a goal besides going behind loot.

The trader script is HoverGuy's Simple Shops scripts, I used an older version but I just saw it's been updated on Armaholic. Not sure if the new version includes 'selling' items in the UI, but the old version didn't.
As for the teleportation, its all runs of the "BIS_fnc_strategicMapOpen" function, which has a full explanation on the BI Community wiki. I don't remember specifics, but if you open this mission in the editor and check the attributes on the map you should be able to copy/paste all the code and edit it to your purposes.

Yes, the majority of the content from the optional mods list will appear in the trader's item pool once the mods are loaded. However when I initially added the Military Gear Pack, I had only selected 2/3 items which emulated those found in EFT at the time, so most of the stuff from MGP is not available. I can explain how to add items from any mod to the trader if you're interested.

As for the saves, the only issue I know of is ACE_Medical not functioning properly when loading an old save, and unfortunately I don't think that can be remedied. This scenario wasn't designed with long-term character development in mind, as I always needed to restart from scratch every time I updated it anyway.
If you really want to enjoy the Tarkov experience without dealing with server issues and other online bullshit, I'd recommend you look into EmuTarkov/ Tarkov SinglePlayer. It allows you to play the retail EFT as a PvE experience without the constant about wipes, load issues and disconnects. If you want more info or links for this just add me and send a DM.
2. Some weapons are shooting blind bullets, there is only sound. I think its randomly or it's because to large number of AI spawns (issue 1)
3. Some times (ACE) medic supplies that is in inventory are not appering in ctrl+win menu, so I cant use them.
4. VERY GOOD MOD just deal with those 1,2,3 bugs
This has been mentioned before, the AI spawns are randomized inside markers so no player spawn points can ever be 100% safe, sorry.

Unfortunately no, because I need PMC AI to target both players and each other, they can't be part of the player's group. There are small AI groups of 2-4 BEAR & USEC operators that are only friendly to their own group members.

I've experienced some similarly unrealistic gunfights last month and I found that it was my ACE modular settings were reset in a recent update and needed tweaking, particularly the AI medical settings. Give that a try and see if it helps
- Although the scenario is singleplayer, you are required to host and play on a LAN server for the respawn and finances to work properly.
I've been told a possible fix is removing the ACE/RHS compatibility mod if you have it enabled, but I'm not sure as I haven't reproduced this error myself. Please let me know if this works and I'll update the recommended mods list accordingly
