this is annoying we need to use older version of daylight classic. This is why I ^^te cities skylines one of the thing is mods always having conflict to others. So annoying I dont know why people still very positive for this. I kept quiting and restarting my game to fix this mod issues. This is one of the reason I don't recommend this game!

Another one that I avoided for too long because some of the comments made it seem scary.

I finally gave in, subscribed required mods, downloaded classic Daylight Classic, kept Dynamic Resolution (even though it "doesn't work with this") and everything worked perfectly. I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

I've used the old daylight classic & followed all instructions, restarted the game, still the cubemaps don't show up. Oh well

For those having trouble installing the old version of DaylightClassic, you have to create a folder called "DaylightClassic and put what you download inside this folder.

Like so: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\Addons\Mods\DaylightClassic\DaylightClassic.dll

This might also help you on getting Cubemap Replacer and Dynamic Resolution to work together. It Did for me!

It seems wired that I've got all required mods ready but there are no clouds appears up in the sky. besides no matter what type of sky I have chosen they are all look the same

Hi, the file location to put the old mod does not work for me. It only shows an empty folder even though I know I have many mods installed. Where can I place the old version to get it working ingame? I have unsubscribed from the original daylight classic already. Do I need to delete it? If so what is the mod id number and where can i find it in the folders? Thanks

I have Daylight Classic set to 'Classic fog effect' and rain/fog turned to 0 in ultimate eyecandy, and the cubemaps can be found in cubemap replacer in game, but when I try to change cubemaps, nothing happens other than a change in the color of the water. What's going on? Should I try using the older version of daylight classic?

Adding to my previous comment i would like to see a mod from someone to make it so we have dynamic skyboxes like in Forza 7/Horizon 3/Horizon 4

Unfortunately, static sky images are not attractive nowaday. How many players expect a mod to add dynamic volume clouds. Or just waiting C:S2 come out.
