Looks like some swords in Torchlight. Can you make one with the compass mid section as the handle end decoration instead of the basic diamond? So you'll have two swords in submission

Kunkka's sword has a really strong blue glow in game that makes the shape of the blade almost not really matter all that much - at this point the original design appears to be far more widely accepted. With the first hat I created there was a slight negative response which prompted the mustache and pipe. In this case with a second try the response was much more enthusiastic - so making the change paid off.

Tael7397 - a appreciate your interest and thoughtful comments. I wonder if I could go even darker with Kunkka - give him a more dire look? Might be a new project. There are already a couple of spin offs that I have thought about during the creation of this set that I would like to release as single items.

For me, by far the most challenging to work on were the boots. Kunkka's boots are already awesome - and the triangle budget is very low to try and make an improvement. Maybe next time.

If this is the same proportions as the blue blade from the other screenshots (vest/sleeves), I'd keep it as is. Blade is adequately sized and the hilt guard is the crown jewel of the whole design concept so needs to be visually emphasized. The blade should be an extention to the hilt, complimenting it.

Definitely prefer this version over the other. Really dig the darker, slightly tormenting feel of it overall. Along with the shape, it definitely fits the hero theme well, especially when no item has yet to even slightly explore or convey any darker aspects of Kunkka.

I agree with Stan. Looks awesome, the blade is underwhelming though.

That is a really cool sword. I say downside the hilt+compass and increase the blade size though. maybe the bottom of the blade should be where the center of the compass is now!
