I'm really bad at this productivity thing lmao.
~~still about 3 years behind schedule on the other project~~
but I do appreciate the kind words!
My colony wealth almost tripled after that, just from the contractors gear alone as I burnt all the gear from the valorous dead allied faction members that laid down their lives to keep me safe from overwhelming odds. Totally not meat shields to make the enemy waste all their ammo killing them.
Top tier work my friend. Hopefully it gets passed off to be continued if you're no longer interested.
It seems you have a pawn kind designated as "faction leader" but you never added it to the pawn generator in the faction def.
Adding
<Contractor_CEO>5</Contractor_CEO> to the Combat kind def
and
<Contractor_CEO>10</Contractor_CEO> to the Settlement kind def
should fix this error. Hope it helps.
Gotta say, I find the contractors crazy overpowered. I'll get a raid of contractors landing around may base of 3 soldiers. 6 or 7 fully armed and armored contractors with power armor and charge weapons that rip through my troops who have literally no chance of getting through their armor. If there was a way to push back when they come or how much, I'd be more willing to us it, because theres a lot of cool gear here, but I have to uninstall for my own sanity.
