Life improver. Thank you for making this!
Psyckosama May 17, 2024 @ 11:35pm
would be nice if this was a separate bill. That way if you just want to burn the body, you can.
Stellar Harbour Mar 24, 2024 @ 2:23pm
Can you add Haul Auto Strip too?
SalazarWindriver Feb 7, 2024 @ 3:45am
@TheAndrew1987 washing machine mod (dubs has one) or mending table. Or just recycle tainted apparel job
Andrew97 Aug 25, 2022 @ 12:04pm
would be nice if i could only strip the armour and metal bits and burn the rest, main reason why i got this mod since i didnt wanna check every body and select which to strip, but now i have too many tainted clothes lol
fabio.pinhao.mello May 10, 2022 @ 9:33am
The Vanilla already fixed that by itself, right? My pawns always strip the corpses before cremating.
Zapp Brannigan May 2, 2022 @ 4:28am
Loving the mod, but is there anyway to patch this to work with other mods like Nano Tech Repair, which uses the Biofuel Refinery to cremate corpses into Nano Tech Fuel Base? At the moment it turns the body (and all clothing) into said fuel base without stripping. Was hoping there might be a way to patch it.

Skulls, burying, etc. are all outside the scope of this mod. It's a simple XML tweak to turn back on a flag that was turned off with one of the updates, anything more than that would require code modifications and as such better suited elsewhere.

:c
Stellar Harbour Aug 11, 2021 @ 7:46pm
Can you add same function for burying?
[CRSDR]Influx Aug 9, 2021 @ 8:34pm
if i can use English
[CRSDR]Influx Aug 9, 2021 @ 8:34pm
i love the idea but... after getting a 143 person raid... youll have about the years of just haling to do.
Wyldhunt Aug 6, 2021 @ 5:37pm
Any chance of a "Cremate Auto Remove Skull", for Ideo's that like skull poles?
Igor Keefe Jul 14, 2021 @ 11:37am
thank you for the update. it's a very useful mod
ShopMaster Jul 10, 2021 @ 4:38am
Does it work with 1.3?
RΞΛPΞRisONLINE Jan 1, 2021 @ 8:20am
would you be kind enough into looking into compatibility with extrematorium? i get it if you dont, its already enough work to keep ones own mod up to date, let alone work on compatibility. Just thought id ask anyway :). Great mod bro

This mod is a tiny xml patch that changes 1 flag in vanilla CremateCorpse RecipeDef. If your game can't find corpses there's something else breaking it.
BacuJluu_Kocou Dec 24, 2020 @ 9:37am
That's true, can't find corpses
MrMcgee Oct 25, 2020 @ 7:08pm
Doesn't seem to work, when I have this enabled no corpses are recognized and I could not cremate. Not sure if it is my mod list, willing to send any info to help get it fixed thanks!
bdew  [author] Aug 13, 2020 @ 12:25am
Mod updated to 1.2
Enlonwhite Jun 26, 2020 @ 5:09am
For some reason, I forgot to include this mod in my new royalty plays, I use over 230 mods now, but forgot this one.
Oddly they are being stripped when cremating now without the mod.....I checked so far no mod I have allows this, did this get added back in 1.1?
bdew  [author] May 27, 2020 @ 12:06am
This mod just re-enables strip functionality that's built into vanilla rimworld (but was disabled in 1.0). If some clothes from other mods don't work with it for some reason - it will need to be fixed in that mod.
Komyeta May 26, 2020 @ 5:13pm
Seems that this mod only workd for certain aparels... either that or it has a hard limit on how many apparel pieces a body is wearing because i've noticed that some pieces are destroyed along with the corpse. Must be incompatibility with the Vanila Expanded mod line, that adds new apparels, armors, as well as Spartan Armory.

Might be worth taking a look into that?
-shhfiftyfive Mar 9, 2020 @ 8:04pm
could you make an in game option to toggle this on/off?

or really, what i want is to not strip tribal corpses...
if there is even a possibility to be able to make that an option? idk.

currently, i have to save, exit, disable mod, restart, relaunch save...
then burn tribals...
then save, exit, reenable mod, restart, relaunch save...
fireglow Mar 6, 2020 @ 10:18am
Love this mod, unless there are 200 bodies :D
Would it be possible to add a new job type for the crematorium, one that uses auto-strip?
liquidlethe Mar 4, 2020 @ 1:11pm
thanks for updating the mod
Kerillian Feb 26, 2020 @ 12:31am
nice ty
bdew  [author] Feb 25, 2020 @ 9:56pm
Updated to work on both RW 1.0 and 1.1 now
Eelt Feb 25, 2020 @ 2:40pm
Can you please make a 1.0 folder for the 1.0 version of the mod? Newer versions of Rimworld support mods that are targeted for multiple versions.
Camaleão Feb 25, 2020 @ 1:14pm
Can you mantein 1.0 support?
bdew  [author] Feb 25, 2020 @ 12:14pm
Mod is updated to 1.1 now \o/
Talisman1973 Feb 24, 2020 @ 4:08am
I am hoping this will be updated to 1.1 in the near future?
bdew  [author] Aug 5, 2019 @ 10:19am
@[56e] Adda - sorry but no, this mod just re-enables the vanilla functionality that's there (but was disabled in 1.0). To add it to your mod you'll probably need to hook into the relevant vanilla code or recreate it in your own code.
[56e] Adda Aug 4, 2019 @ 1:10pm
Hello, I would have a little request for your mod. I have updated mod [b18] Drop on Water (Fast and Clean) to 1.0: Drop on Water Revived and had a request there to make possible to auto-strip corpses that you sink in the water. Do you think it would be possible to patch your mod for adding auto-strip compatibility to my mod as well? I don't know how to code mod settings to add a toggleable option for auto-strip on my own so I would appreciate if you could help me with this by simply adding patch XML for your mod to make auto-strip possible to my Drop spot.
fatburner Jul 21, 2019 @ 4:38am
thx.

Only for the cremate electric or to for the mods cremate?

My english is so bad,sorry.

Lo de quemar cuerpos es solo para la maquina de vanila oh tambien para mods que tengan lo de quemar cuerpos como el del medieval? Translate this if you dont know Spanish :3
Nylem Dec 16, 2018 @ 2:38pm
Thanks for this. Great qol mod for me. Came back to 1.0 after last playing in 18. I know in 18 they used to autostrip the corpses. Was really surprised when the whole thing was burnt without stripping.
Not The Face! Dec 5, 2018 @ 3:18pm
The Mending mod removes the 'Tainted' attribute but if you don't use that mod, you can recycle tainted clothes for the raw materials to be used making new clothes. Very handy in biomes where it is difficult to grow textiles or obtain leathers.
Snowmech Dec 2, 2018 @ 1:17pm
Oh this is great. It has been frustrating having to micro-manage post raid. Now I can get those clothes straight to the locations they need to be; Recycled, Cleaned of the "T" & Mended, and finally off to sell to a neighbor. Going to give this a try.
Rolf Nov 30, 2018 @ 8:45am
but why do you want to do this if you strip the clothing of somebody that is already dead you gain a happiness panelty for the colonist that is wearing it if its something important like armour or something then you will strip it before you are going to cremate the body
Zapp Brannigan Nov 30, 2018 @ 5:53am
Have to agree with Ravayen, in my pre-1.0 games I could set the cremetorium (or something can't quite remember the setting) to auto strip when cremating corpses, but was very upset when 1.0 rolled around without the option.
Rina Nov 29, 2018 @ 9:02am
to recycle gear with the mending mod.
Ravayen Nov 28, 2018 @ 1:13am
There was but 1.0 is the first time i've played in a long time, can confirm it is no longer there just checked but it used to be on the bills tab (unless that was a mod too....).
bdew  [author] Nov 28, 2018 @ 12:48am
Hm was there a tick box? Maybe it's still there and i just missed it? :P
Ravayen Nov 27, 2018 @ 1:55pm
i only just started my 1.0 playthrough and haven't built crematorium yet, did Ty seriously remove the strip corpses tick box for no apparent reason? strange choice but hey guess this mod is going on my must haves list huh.
bdew  [author] Nov 27, 2018 @ 1:02am
It used to do it but it was changed somewhere before 1.0
TheSpyPie Nov 26, 2018 @ 7:06pm
You have done the work from god my good sir
DragoonKnight69 Nov 26, 2018 @ 5:22pm
no it dose not it burns it all
Lurmey Nov 26, 2018 @ 3:02pm
Does the game not already do this? I know it used to...
