I know it is possible through the map editor to set the zone with the effect, then go to it through a singleplayer

Everywhere, except "Single effects mask" there are six IDs effects for each mask. The more idi, the worse state of the mask. For example: 8800-8805

Yes, the effect is visible from a third person, but I think I will add the possibility of disabled through the plugin

If you want to test the effects, you can use the command </effect id> from RocketMod. These effects are needed for the plugin to work.

I divided the mod into several parts so that users can install only those that they like. The full version of the mod takes 100 MB, hardly anyone wants to use all the effects on their server
