Yes, when trying this mod game awards every soldier card beside psionic class and then when you supposed to get you get blank instead, as if game wants to promote one soldier as psionic but cant.

i have a bug where if using this mod makes every soldier that gets past the squaddie turns out as blank.. is anyone else having this issue?

@MightNight You may have other mod that overrides "XComGameState_HeadquartersXCom"

@hectorzx Just randomly. I cannot train them in the GTS until the PsiLab is built. Not really a psi mod, but I am using the invisible psi amp mod...

I am able to promote Rookies to Psionics from the start without the Psi Lab...
