Btw, originally, Carthage should be in between the wheat and cattle (about 5 tiles to the north)
Also, originally there shouldn't be any oil in the netherlands mainland (if you used oil instead of gas, it's a way to large number of oil)
About uranium, it's placement and amount is not correct; Russia has so few (only in Ukraine) and Spain too many!! (ratio Russia/Spain should be 9/1 uranium. Include Kazakhstan production, and it should be around 60/1!)
Portugal should have it's main wine production up north (near Porto, where the Port-wine comes from)
Rome should be given acces to Iron for game balancing perposes.
Because when I change it's speed to Marathon manually, it still results in the first techs to be finished in 12 turns (which should've been 36 turns on Marathon if I recall correctly)
Accurate
