Love your maps, would you consider creating a map of Yerevan or Tbilisi? These are great cities situated in Caucasian region with very beautiful landscape

Anyhow, since your traffic is just fine, that eliminates most of the possible problems. One thing you can try is to make sure that all your residents have all the services possible at top quality. Often that's the key to continuing growth in industries and commercial.

A tip - I would use the smooth tool, looks like this symbol ~ , to soften your shorelines. Best to do that while map editor is paused. It will make the water slosh all over the place, but after you shape them, just let it run on fast and the waves will go back to normal.
The result is that you will have really nice smooth shorelines (except if you want cliffs, of course :D ) Happy mapping!
