It would have been a great mod but the garrisons are nonsensical. The campaign is now primitive, I havent lost a city in 40 turns on legendary. Its just a slug. If you want a slow campaign, get DeI instead. Kinga regret sinking all that time in this mod. Please, please, do something about the garrisons.

Great mod!! But can we nerf the garrison? Seems a bit intense that a little town can have a Praetorian Guard, four Evocati, four armored archers, and spears :D

I like your mod dude but you didn't make the game the longer, you made the game really easy because the garrisons are WAY TO BIG and strong.
I can defend virtually any attack with the garrison only even against 40 unit stacks.

The relationship between Palmyra and Sassanids is much more better, but the relationship between Armenia and Palmyra is very terrible so there is still a high possibilty of Palmyra to decalre war against Armenia, and Sassanids certainly join the war against Palmyra

Anyone tell me where I can find a mod to remove pikemen from empire divided? The pikemen are basically why I am pushing off from playing the DLC. THX

I likeusing this mod. Completed 3-4 campaigns so far, but I can easily say that AI is not really aggressive againts the user and never focuses on improving provinces. Especially Roman states, the still have level 1 towns at 100th turn,even though they own level 4 barracks. smh..

I am playing in very hard with this mod, and although I have a huge empire, I keep being in bankrupt, even when I conquer new lands. Is it the mod or the VH difficulty?

It is very good, but Palmyra is not powerfull at all.

I must admit that I am extremely pleased with the use of your mod. Economic situation realistically imitated, and bit too strong garrisons imho, initial armies good, political situation very well thought out. I definitely recommend, my strong endorsment.

why not Roman pikemen as town garrisons? Maybe it would be better ?

No doubt it is the most excellent mod if you like playing Empire divided. The garrison changes are awesome because otherwise conquering or trempling a nation was too easy. In this way you have to commence a full scale planned invasion so as to achieve victory. By the way the initial armies are another example of a good modify

Really excellent....very needed mod, thank you for your work!

For balancing issues you might want to decrease the attack bonus given by the temple of sol invictus. EG if i build 4 of those in latium my legionaries end up with +80% melee attack which is pretty ridiculous. I think that in the maximum case the bonus should be no more than 20/25%.

Good mod, thank you very much. One problem is the garissions too strong, and starting army also too strong.
