you could create a mod to remove items after death, its working principle is quite simple, but it would give a completely different approach to the game, if all items from the inventory were completely removed after death, it would create a positive circulation of weapons and armor, which would equalize the balance of resources and items in large modpacks

What is the best way to find weapon parts for the modular guns? There is the engineer dude at the top of the shellguard outpost who sells some basic ones and ive had luck finding some in weapon crates in Shellguard dungeons randomly on planets but is there more? if not what is the best way to find the random outposts so i can find more juicy parts lol

For the most part, it's entirely self contained. There are a couple extremely rare microdungeons that can spawn on mid tier planets, but there are no biomes.

Yes! Missions can be replayed at the main teleporter in the SG hub.

Oh man! I'm sorry to hear that about your save.

Thank you for reporting it. Perhaps it was a conflict of some kind but I'm unsure what it could be. It may also be unrelated, it's hard to say.

Thankfully, that should not be an issue with this mod itself. There's no way for the Shellguard mod or the mission to cause that on its own.

I tried to start the Desert Bandit quest, my game crashed, wouldn't let me start the game again. I reinstalled the game and all my save data got wiped, even from the game files.

I don't know what did it (Maybe it was because of Pirate Penguin Reborn), but still, just thought I'd share in case it was a bug with the mod and not a mod conflict.

I'm afraid I'm no longer updating the mod actively. If starbound ever updates and breaks things, I'll probably come back and fix it but as it stands the mod is feature complete.

That is unusual! It certainly shouldn't brick your save in any way. I've never heard of it happening before. I suggest verifying your files through steam perhaps? Could also be an unknown mod conflict.

I just finished the level for the weapons dealer, but it bricked my save citing "exception caught in client main loop (MapException) key "muzzle" not found in OrderedMap::get()", what does this mean and how would I fix it?

I am unsure, sorry. FU has changed a lot over the years so I'm not quite up to date. Last time I checked, some armour bonuses worked while some didn't. Sorry I can't offer more advice on this.

I think I may have found out what's causing the Fortress Core's third phase soft lock. If you have some mods that change AI behavior(e.g SCO only NPC behavior), then you bring a crewmember to fight the Fortress, It WILL soft lock your game.

Can be prevented by fighting this boss only by yourself.

Hello! I don't believe the Magnarail cannon is from this mod. Granted it has been a few years since work was finished on this so I may be wrong.
