My understanding is that it was fixed. I haven't modded / touched this game much in years, so it's not something I can readily confirm.

Sherin would be the one to ask. She seems confident the issue is the result of a string, and that patch has been added.

was this ever fixed? i very much so want this mod, but i'm not willing to play without seraph to get it....

Did you try to unsub -> resub?

This unfortunately doesn't fix the issue, the mod doesn't crash the save alone but it still crashes when paired with Seo's Seraph.

Sherin has been kind enough to provide a file update for the localization strings. Thank you, Sherin! Please let me know if this fixes the issue.

Can confirm its this mod and Marvin Seo Seraph class mod are conflicting. Crash happens when I load save with them on loading screen.

Some kind of conflict between this mod and the Seraph class mod by Marvin Seo. If you load the two together the game crashs.

Can confirm it's this mod and Seraph conflicting if someone wants to upload a version so steam doesnt auto verify the workshop would be nice.

This would be the correct and safe string.

The incompabtility issue lies with this mod. It contains a bad string that is defined in a way it shouldn't be. I might be a relic of old modding times. It puts a custom tooltip on a false rule tooltip string.

its sad, Marvin Seo's Seraph Mod have its remake done something that conflicted with this, can confirm

Can confirm what Rakkounen wrote. Game crashes when loading a save with Marvin Seo's Seraph Class Mod. Would be great if you could fix that Problem, i like both mods alot and would hate to deactivate one :)

i found the problem already its because incompatibility with Marvin Seo's Seraph Class Mod other than that there is no problem so far, so either deact one of these mod and it work just fine for now

Strangely enough, the Samurai appears to be the source of my CTD's as well. Haven't isolated the issue yet.

This mod seems to have an incompatibility with the Skull Knight mod {LINK REMOVED}(https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2734022187). This might help people who are getting crashes

Not sure if it's a mod incompat because I have not tested this mod by itself, but this caused my game to crash at game load every time.

Very cool design and authentic style, for the most part (the exception being the icons for Bushido etc., which could use a more immersive design, perhaps a scroll / book the letters are written on).

Activating the sword via the free item you get seems to be possible for all characters.

That's your choice. I know several people who look at 10% damage and say, "Oh, he has a stress dump. That's a free 10% damage mod."

Yes but when you get one of those trinkets you should have a lot of better trinkets to buff damage so I feel it useless and sold it.
10% damage without debuff it's fine... or some particular mechanic based on the samurai class... or... I don't know... I would preffer 40% damage, 50% stress: I would have something different.

this is just gold, very awesome, you can take him to medium or longer missions in order to camp and with a virtue chance trinket get his virtue everytime (if he gets afflicetd you can easily go to 0 stress with zen or stabbing himself), stress nukes are his weakness since you would lose turns by doing lots of zen, and guess what? pretty balanced too xD

Just a tip: if you keep using the "Zen" ability again and again, you'll reduce your damage a lot.

I think that's the problem, my first Samurai didn't have that ability. I will try to figure this out, if the mod has 5 stars it's for something.

Try using his ability "Zen" to flush stress.

I find this character impossible to play. A guaranteed gain quirk and heart attack every time from so much stress. And the bewitched blade only makes things worse by bleeding him, I didn't notice much improvement from using it. I understand that he gains buffs by bleeding, himself or enemies but it hardly compensates for the humongous ***STRESS!!!***

dump the sword stress mechanic it's not necessary,it's cool for lore but there's enough stress in the game, it makes him almost unplayable

I really love the character and the concept! Not a huge fan of the stress mechanic being linked to their attacks.

Are you planning on creating CC and CoM trinkets for him? Maybe something dark souls or sekiro themed. I didnt play DS but I did play sekiro and I think his design would fit there very well. For example CC trinket Red immortal blade - gain complete bleed resistance negation and a bit of armor percing but suffer strong permament bleeding or there is 50% chance of suffering some dmg with every ability. I think it would be interesting.

Does this have a collector head trinket?

I don't think copy + pasting pictures of Sauron from the internet would translate well into DD.
