Do you think it's possible to make a Monochrome/Black & White version?

I have achieved this by setting Contrast to 100 and Saturation 0, however the glow while being White and i love this color, i would rather use red, or another color for example while, even if you don't want to do it i understand and is fine, just would like to make the request anyway. (:
