Here's the thing: both "FindMod" patch operation and the Harmony functions rely on a mod's name - as defined in About.xml - to look for it. But since you include the number version on the mod's name itself, any mod that references yours will break as soon as you update and change that version! Any integration would suffer every time you update.
Would you consider settling on a permanent name on your About file? Thank you very much.
