No. The only Fate civ I'm considering doing is Saber Extra's Rome, but even then, it's only in consideration stages and I may not follow through with the idea.

I had a change of heart and decided that I would work on a new Fate Civ! I'll get to work on it once I publish my next update to my Madoka Magica mod.

I'm not good enough to do artwork, but if you want someone to help with flavour text I'm willing to help. It'd be good practice for me, considering my aspirations for being a Game Designer.

As of right now, I'd only be interested in making a Civ if I had someone else to do all of the art and flavor text, since that has turned into the boring and slow parts of making them.
