@Emiricol4Rl You will need to create a district theme or building theme, whichever is better for you.
Emiricol4Rl May 2, 2021 @ 11:46pm
Do these grow themselves, and if so, how can I prevent them from growing? I want to use them for one small community on my map, but not everywhere else :)
Klugectric Apr 5, 2021 @ 1:57pm
Se parece a mi casa xd
Banana Sandwich Mar 29, 2021 @ 11:12pm

djman311 Mar 28, 2021 @ 2:16pm
I love these but they are so small :(
Syphon Faraday Dec 9, 2020 @ 7:27pm
Wow! Excelente!
TurtleShroom Aug 11, 2020 @ 12:56pm
Does this Building grow itself?
Nahui Ollin Aug 7, 2020 @ 4:09am
Can the buildings not build themselves? Must I plop them manually? Asset manager says they don't exist but the manual find it does show it exists.
Julius Drive Jul 23, 2020 @ 12:15pm
Still one of the best pack in the game.
Fu5il3ro Apr 25, 2020 @ 11:47am
Without this pack, building a Mexican city would not be possible because there are very few latin american buildings available. Thank you!
Darellos Nov 28, 2019 @ 5:37pm
Thank you very much! Now I may be able to do a replica of some mexican cities.
frapigecko Jun 20, 2019 @ 3:44am
What about a Cuban theme pack? [*_*]
frapigecko Jun 20, 2019 @ 3:43am
One of the best packs! Thx for it!,
estefanugos May 2, 2019 @ 1:18pm
@beardmonkey time is gold nowadays hahaha... I hope you can do it someday.

Well, just the regular brazilian suburbian houses (e.g the "sobrados or geminadas"), like the ones you can find in "zona norte" of São Paulo.

Thanks man
Beardmonkey  [author] May 1, 2019 @ 4:10am
@estefanugos Thanks! I wish I could, but time is in short supply I'm afraid. I'm adding this to my list though. Any particular kind of houses you have in mind?
estefanugos Apr 30, 2019 @ 12:33pm
Hey Beardmonkey, its really nice!! Can you make a pack just like this for brazilian houses?/
:steamhappy:
Meteor Daddy Apr 7, 2019 @ 9:23pm
They look exactly the same as Philippine houses.
Maximus Khan Mar 21, 2019 @ 12:41am
Great Work, the houses are realistics, thank you

󠀡󠀡󠀡󠀡󠀡󠀡󠀡󠀡 Nov 10, 2018 @ 11:36am
Great stuff! I'm looking to add more minority housing to my city, can you make some african american section 8 housing? I really want to make my city pop! Not a gun refrence, we all know what chicago is like. But if you can add a prop with a white chalk outline of a person laying on the ground from a gunshot wound i think it could do wonders for my city.
JJamiah Nov 8, 2018 @ 11:02pm
@Aithemed it happens to us in america where asset makers in england or something make american styled buildings
CharlieBrown Nov 2, 2018 @ 3:44am
I am from Mexico and I think that this is very accurate to what goes on in the big cities such as Tijuana and El Cuidad de Mexico. Thanks for the nice assets!
cesa210 Oct 13, 2018 @ 9:18am
AS a a person from Guadalajara i will agree with the others, tis mostly low to mid income houses in semi urbanized zones i n any part of Mexico. But for what you can do in game these are pretty much accurate.

I just hope that you make more of this, more variation, i would lobe to help but i am awful at making buldings i tried with a really simple Russian ghetto/soviet-era apartment and it was awful :steamsad:, otherwise i will be doing these.
ElRash-Tuki Oct 7, 2018 @ 9:15am
PUBG :v
Aithemed Oct 3, 2018 @ 7:11pm
As an Mexican Architect , from Mexico City , I reconized that some parts of the country has this type of "architecture" the oficial name is called "Autoconstruction" , the low levels of income cant or dont want to spend on an architect so they choose build by themselves or by master Mason and by steps. I understand the project , of Ciudad Juarez and cities from the boarder between Mexico and USA. But the name of this assets are to global for a "Mexican building"
La Paz Oct 3, 2018 @ 3:27pm
Numa ahi esta mi casa krnal :v

Checo Mx Oct 3, 2018 @ 7:06am
Great job!. I expected something like this for my new series, for the name do not worry, we have a bad culture of laughing or saying bad things about other countries, but we do not like to be told to us, explaining that I am not like that. hahaha, I really like these buildings, I hope you do more of our country and Latin America, a greeting from Mexico.
Beardmonkey  [author] Oct 1, 2018 @ 1:10am
@JX3D97 Yes, I have a few commercial buildings planned.
Saplaiceen Oct 1, 2018 @ 12:05am
lovely! will there be commercial to match posibly?
noobified Sep 30, 2018 @ 7:42pm
You did a great job, I don’t think you should apologize. It’s like Lableling assets American ghetto homes. Doubt Americans would be offended. I’m American and my parents are Mexican, again I didn’t find this title offensive
djkaled Sep 30, 2018 @ 7:19pm
So you wanna be a sicario?
ralexissl Sep 30, 2018 @ 2:29pm
Im mexican but im not offended, i found it really funny but those kind of houses are most common in northem cities like Juarez, Laredo,Tijuana, Mexicali or in the poor zones of Mexico city or Guadalajara.
ReBeL_MotHoD Sep 30, 2018 @ 2:14pm
Hahahaha those are great. I'm Mexican too, and i'm not offended. Just, it's kinda confusing for the rest of the world to think this is the "normal" mexican architecture. For those who haven't been in Mexico, this is the kind of house you find in low income - suburbs of big cities like Ciudad Juárez, or Tijuana, Mexicali, Matamoros, etc. (specially the northern ones).

But we have great housing architecture too :p
Beardmonkey  [author] Sep 30, 2018 @ 2:10pm
I'm truly sorry if anybody was offended by these assets or by the name I gave them. They where made for a Youtube series inspired by El Paso and Juárez and I labeled them Mexican Residential Buildings because I thought "mexican" would be a more widely used search term than Juárez on the workshop.
noobified Sep 30, 2018 @ 1:20pm
My mother is from Juárez, I’ve seen many of these style homes in person. I understand how some can be offended, but yes maybe using ghetto or run down community of Mexico. I didn’t find it offensive though
noobified Sep 30, 2018 @ 1:17pm
Wow, I gotta say I’ve slept in a few homes in Juárez. They have more modern looking homes too lol. Great work
icald Sep 30, 2018 @ 1:13pm
These are realistic imo but those of you who take offense need to get over it because it's not meant to be representative of the whole country.
Luís Sep 30, 2018 @ 12:27pm
Its just the name Maybe he could be more specific?
vanishedelephant Sep 30, 2018 @ 10:06am
@sᴉn˥ @joseph.bowser317 how are these offensive? These look absolutely like they're part of Mexican cities. Sure there's lots more of different types of architecture there, from Spanish colonial times, to French inspired like in DF Roma or Condesa, to more generic modern housing that are currently being build.. but these beautiful buildings Beardmonkey build perfecty represent vast parts of Mexican cities from north to south. And they can even be applied to any other latin american or caribeean themed cities.. what the crap you blabbering on about being offended?
joseph.bowser317 Sep 30, 2018 @ 5:41am
I agree with sin1, I live in Phoenix and find it a bit offensive to the people of Mexico, maybe a tittle change to the tittle to Ghetto? I've been to the Mexico side of El Paso and mexican neighborhoods in Phoenix as well.... This is nothing in comparrision to the mexican housing. To have this tittled as mexican housing is an insult to the latino community
j_nobbs Sep 30, 2018 @ 2:31am
These are amazing.
Luís Sep 30, 2018 @ 12:13am
Im mexican and i find these a bit offensive maybe you could change the title to Juarez Assets because this doesnt look like Mexican architecture or Residential
