Report a translation problem
1) Find Users\[your name]\AppData\Roaming\The Creative Assembly and delete the folder "Launcher". CA themselves recommend this: https://www.totalwar.com/blog/welcome-to-the-new-total-war-launcher/
2) Find Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\594570. Open it and you'll find as many folders as you have mods downloaded. In every folder there will be one .png-file and one .pack-file, the .png-file being the picture associated with the mod should help you identify them even if the filename isn't exactly the mod's name. Then find Steam\steamapps\common\Total War WARHAMMER II\data (lots of.pack files there) and simply copy the two files of the mod you want to use into the "data" folder.
