Hope you guys can enjoy the map.
If there are still issues I will upload the map file somewhere else.
Also a new picture has been included with the mod that explains how to properly install this map and most workshop map mods in general.

When it comes to maps (except map scripts) you need to go to the MODS folder \Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\MODS, find the map in there and then move it to \Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\Maps.
If the map won't appear in the mods list in civ 5, use the in-game steam browser to unsub and resub. If that doesn't work use a steam workshop downloader.
