But I figured it could be worth checking for future reference.
If I remember correctly (I haven't played the game in a while) But yes, the first is right. You use as little or as much of your resources as you want to take down the enemies in the palace. When you leave, that is your day passing.
Let's say i decide to visit the palace, do i stay in the palace until i either used all of my available ressources (or have no other viable option) or do i only get to attack once before needing to advance the day count
I played with the first one (Counting a continuous fight until all ressources are depleted as a single day) and i barely beat the boss with a friend
Also, i would love to expand the game and add a support based character for futaba and maybe even more bosses !!
If multiple shadows are defeated in an single attack instance, and one of the shadows has an "On Death: Remove all x damage on other shadows," does that activate even though the other shadows are also considered defeated?
Thanks!
If it's not "Free" where does it say the cost for it? Or is this bonus temporary?
For effects that say to recover full XYZ, it's simply restore your spent resources.
For example, if you have 3 HP, and you've spent 2 of those HP (flipped them face down), then recover full HP means you'd flip over all of your spent HP.
But to hear from anyone whose managed to defeat all 4 palaces is awesome! Glad it was enjoyable enough to hit the table multiple times!
I have a doubt. What's the maximum stamina/bullets/etc? Some locations says "recover full stamina" or "recover full bullets" but what's the maximum?
Thank you for the clarification!
When you visit Takemi Medical, in addition to whatever it is you do there, you can pay an extra 1 money to gain an extra stamina. So in the case of recovering + gaining 1, it's 2 money overall.
Having a lot of fun with the game btw!
This rule is somewhat obsolete, the reference card is outdated, a new one should be added soon.
The rulebook is always the most up to date, and the rule of players cannot share the same location on a given turn was removed since it doesn't really add anything to the game (makes it slightly more annoying but ultimately not an interesting rule.)
If Player A goes to Location X and does EITHER action there, Player B cannot go to Location X, even if it is to do the other action. It does make it unfair that Player A basically dictates where B can't go, but you can talk about your turns as freely as possible before doing them.

You can find many videos on how to print and play board games, heres my video on how to make cards:

@Rong Rong, sadly, no plans at the moment. I've certainly got ideas for it but just too busy with other projects for the time being.
Looking forward to more evenings spent playing this :)
2. I understand, i as just asking so i wouldnt waste my time doing my own thing and then *oop* there's the expansion. My friend and i have been wanting to play Anna's roundtable, but this persona game got me *hooked* rn.
3. Alright, was just curious! So far, i've genuinely enjoyed playing 3 player. Waiting to get around to 4 player at some point when i can get all 4 of my friends together at the same time to test it out.
I'll check out that different tab, and see whatcha got there that i might be able to draw from.
Thanks for responding so fast, and good luck on your future projects!!! I cannot wait to see what you've got.
1: Of course! Just link back to this mod and maybe my socials, tag me if you post it to twitter so I can see it!
2: There was an expansion planned but I have not been able to work on it due to being busy with other projects (Anna's Roundtable, Sento, and a few others that aren't announced), so go nuts! All of the photoshop files should allow you to make whatever it is you'd like :)
3: This system is not designed for more than 2 players to be honest, and if it was a 3 to 4 player game, I would've remade it to be a competitive game instead. Tho that really goes against the idea of Persona, so it doesn't really fit. I've written some optional 3-4 player rules (it's in a different tab of the rulebook on google sheets) but I don't think they're that great. Unfortunately, I'd have to say there are many other games I'd recommend for 3 or 4 players instead lol
With that said, i have 3 questions:
1. Assuming you guys are okay with it, when im finished testing, tweaking, and changing my custom cards up (idk when that would be) would it be okay for me to upload that to the workshop?
2. I've heard you've plans for an expansion? Would that by any chance include any Persona 4, or 3 content? Want to ask before i dedicate any of my time into custom cards from those games if i was to upload to the workshop.
3. Would you have any recommendations for how to balance a 3 player and 4 player mode?
I've been testing, but wonder if there's any ideas the devs might have.
Funnily enough after I posted my original message a friend of mine told me that it is very easy to make mods for TTS, so I have been testing out modding to make some custom characters for this.
All of the photoshop files are available on the print and play drive tho so feel free to go wild making some custom characters :)
But yeah, hopefully one day I'll be able to come back to this and expand it with some royal content.
1. If you don't get the PT picture on a "On Death" check, then you pay whatever it is asking, for example, you would lose 2 cash. (Unless you don't have the cash, in which case, ignore the roll)
2. If you run into that Scenario, you have to try recruiting the Confidant. As you said, you can only go to the new place and either do it's action or attempt to recruit it's confidant. If you can't do Action A, then you do Action B.
Unoccupied simply means a location that a player did not visit this turn, but to be honest this wording is pretty unclear and I'll remove it to just say any location instead.
Replacing a base location is a risk, but the advanced locations tend to be better than the basics.
