I'll have to check to code, let's see...
For it to appear on a character:
The liege must:
You need the Monk and Mystic DLC
Be an adult
A muslim
Not a heretic
The target must:
Be decadent
Of your dynasty
Not a member of a sufi society
A muslim
Not a heretic
For it to be clickable:
The target cannot be incapable
You cannot be incapable
Cannot be inaccessible (stuck in event, seclusion, etc)
The target musn't be a ruler
The target musn't be in a society
The target must be decadent.
It might be limited to your court too, I am not sure if I remember how that line code.
Sorry, I haven't really played CKII for years. So getting back into it to make a new mod I wouldn't use feel a bit of a waste.
Ck2 mods only start downloading when you launch the launcher, small tweak mods with few picture smight be instant, but those with new pictures might a tiny bit too slow to show the first time? It's a bit of a messy system.
But there shouldn't be anything that prevent it from being downloaded at all, the file size seen on this page show that something is there to be downloaded.
Hey i totally understand, i still love your mods (Paradox should learn from them) So thank you for what you have added to the community. Best wishes for whatever your future brings.
Unfortunately, I sort-of fell-off CK2 modding. Just keeping the stuff alive and drawing traits/society screens/religion icons and other artwork for other modders if they need any like Rise to Power or CK2plus. But I basicaly do not have the time required to properly test CK2 mods these day, which is the longest and most boring part. :(
I can IIRC. But it'll take a few years for it to reach a decent amount of members and work properly. The game auto-fill societies on game start only. After that it a slow trickle in.
Salafi is something that was created relatively recently. And if it weren't, would they be different enough to be worth an entire society/group by themselves?
Looked at my code and I see that Zaydi is indeed in there, but commented out because it is "un-used" which i guess mean that at that point HIP had disabled that religion or something?
Look at the scripted_trigger file again for the trigger named "has_sufi_societies_religion_shiite".
There is a line of code: "# religion = zaydi #HIP, unused"
Remove the first # and it should work fine.
You mean allow the heresies in or the Kharijites in particular?
They are still an heresy I think in CK2plus.
Go into common/scripted_triggers, find has_sufi_societies_religion_ibadi, remove the "is_heretic = no"
I haven't tested it, but it should be work?
Did you enable the mod mid-game? I yes it might take a few years for them to properly work as societies have to randomly fill up, specialy for the non-sunni ones as they are fewer characters of those religion.
Holy orders societies are part of my Orders of Chivalry mod.
@al-Sayyid
This mod is just a bit of art and localization tweaking. I do not really want to manage alternate version for compatibility. Feel free to integrate what you want into the AtE mod/exp and just credits me somewhere, if that's fine with you.
Is there a way I can discuss incorporating this into the islam expansion for After the End with you?
If anything was added to the indian/christian societies in the latest version, these won't be in this mod's societies. But that's the only thing, everything else will work as usual.
I see no reason for it not to be but I'll do a check in the coming days. Perhaps the new heresy won't be enabled as people allowed to join, but that fix won't break an on-going save if I update it after you've started the game with my mod.
Try to roleplay: you get a fertility malus because you dedicate most of your time in your rituals and cerimonies, and then a bonus because you reached the highest level and can afford to spend more time with the ladies.
I think that he meant that the other ranks have a penalty, only the 4th has a fertility bonus.
Weird ain't it? But the person who counseled me about sufism told me it was meant to be positive.
Haven't tested the Wonder patch, but it should be as I do see any change to the monastic orders or muslims.
Looked at Furry4 update and see nothing that would affect it either.
I guess that I could, will add that to the "to-do maybe" list.
