Looking back on my previous comment, 320 cargo slots is actually quite a lot, so I think this ship has the hauler part down.

I made it like that on purpose so if anybody wants to customize the ship he/she doesn't have to delete too much stuff. And add new ones to the empty places.

Well, my advice: there is a lot of unused space there. I would say add a cargo pad anywhere there is room and it won't obstruct access to something else, and also use the half/corner pads as well.
You can never have enough cargo space.
