awesome. seems to work. I use about 20 mods and think it works fine for now. Thanks so much. Always didn't really like those chilly-looking outfits for elves.

Hi, I tried unsubscribing from this mod and it is still showing up in my game. I checked the mods folder in Larian and the steam workshop mods folder, and I cannot find the .pak of this mod in my game--yet it still seems to be running. How do I fully uninstall this?

Derek Chauvin Dec 1, 2021 @ 10:23am
this mod works with already created games? because it didnt change my armor looking...
Ghaleon Valmar  [author] Jun 3, 2021 @ 8:49am
Just install it, it changes only the look of the elf armor. Most of the armor will look like the start armor, i think thats why you belive it does nothing.
ChrisOfBlades Jun 2, 2021 @ 6:58pm
how do you actually get this to work? i subscribed and went into game and it did NOTHING?
Spyyre Oct 8, 2020 @ 10:07pm
Elves now have this strange missing texture "stripe" going vertically through the center of their neck. when using this mod.
Jinsoul Apr 19, 2020 @ 4:49pm
this mod is like colonization in video game form
JefTheReaper Apr 17, 2020 @ 8:36am
Pretty important for Undead Elfs if you ask me.
Kinda weird how nobody notices how they are skeletons considering most of the outfit is just thin leafs and branches.
Ghaleon Valmar  [author] Jun 10, 2019 @ 2:57am
Yes the armor will always look like starter armor because there are different meshes and there is no plate armor mesh like the human one for elves. If i would change it, the plate armor would be to small and the head would be flying in the air.
Urik Jun 9, 2019 @ 7:32pm
So a bit late. But I'm guessing this only updates your current armor to look like just starter armor and it doesn't update to the new human high lvl armor looks. Played quite some time form start to act 3 and its been pretty much the same cloth starter armor. Thanks for the mod though.

It does not need a specific load order. And yes it will change the look of the armor like in the screenshots, but not every armor looks the same.
xW Apr 16, 2019 @ 7:12am
As well (sorry) would the mod update the look of the armour in the character creation screen as it shows in the screenshots above? Just trying to see if the mod is active without having to get into the gameplay
xW Apr 16, 2019 @ 6:53am
does this mod need to be anywhere specific in the load order?

Found an intresting bug that might be caused by your mod. https://i.imgur.com/Q5glMKT.jpg
The armour the Dwarf is wearing is the 'Armour Of The Eternals'

While Elven nature-based armour is neat, I completely cannot see Sebille in it since she is very progresive and modern Elf(also, she did kill a certain tree) so thank you.
atletikus Nov 20, 2018 @ 1:29pm
Elf armors are waaay too outlandish. Don't feel like being a walking x-mas tree, so this mod is a better alternative. Thanks!

The picture of the elf wearing plate armor on the loading screen makes me rage.
Ghaleon Valmar  [author] Sep 26, 2018 @ 3:21am
Well the problem is that this armor is for humans, elves dont have this armor mesh. If i would assign the armor to elves it would look weird because elves dont have the same body shape as humans. For example the helmet would be placed on neck hight instead on top of the head.
Ghaleon Valmar  [author] Sep 20, 2018 @ 10:30am
does i understand you right, you want the outfit you postet in this .png for the elf as mage armor?
Ghaleon Valmar  [author] Sep 16, 2018 @ 9:01am
The changes are not permanent, if you deactivate the mod the outfits will have their normal look again. So you can try it out.
Ashen Sep 15, 2018 @ 6:31am
Thanks! the cloth armor looks really nice which is perfect for an elf necro. :)
Ghaleon Valmar  [author] Sep 15, 2018 @ 3:01am
Sorry, i forgot them.
Ashen Sep 14, 2018 @ 9:33am
wish you added more pictures...
PaiNt Sep 9, 2018 @ 4:20pm
Thanks! Its good to be that Larian add this mod in settings as default flag..
Green Raven Sep 8, 2018 @ 5:16pm
Thanks!
Alesthes Sep 8, 2018 @ 7:19am
Thanks, this is much appreciated, now I can start my DE playthrough! I really don't know what they were thinking with elven armor...

From the description of the Classic Edition version of the mod:
This mod changes the Elf Armor into more "normal" Armor. It don't look anymore like "my friend the Tree". The bad thing is, the armor looks now more like startequipment. The mod works for Undead Elfs too. The mod is incompatible with all other mods wich edits a RootTemplate with EQ_ at start of their name for example "EQ_Armor_Platemail_Lowerbody_A"
Pudding Sep 8, 2018 @ 4:45am
Well you guessed well, makes elves have the same armors look as humans do :)
atletikus Sep 8, 2018 @ 4:34am
I can guess, but is it up to subscribers to test what this mod is about? ;)
