I've never used Inigo, but to my knowledge, others have been using both.

Look over your mods to see if anything might realistically conflict and use LOOT if you're not already to help fix your load order.

There shouldn't be any other type of mod that conflicts with the tavern. I would play around with your load order or teleport with a fresh save to see if it's your save file.

The only that that will affect it is a mod that changes the area. It could even be a tree/foliage mod or something that affects that forest area.

i checked the my mod list and found that none of the other mods place their structures in the tavern area. are there other types of mods that affect its generation?

You probably installed another mod over this one that changes the area where the tavern spawns.

This mod is amazing and I hope you update it with new lines and other Tales of the Drunken Paladin related items soon I love Anebriate he adds more fun to my adventures and you have even got me started playing Tales of the Drunken Paladin the game and that's also extremely fun (and funny)

Aesp51, I don't know who Inigo is (except for in Princess Bride), but if the modder changed the same scripts I did, there's a good chance the two followers don't play nicely together. Sorry. :(
