can't upload any mods atm
but you can change speed increase to any amount you want yourself
just open Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\262060\1500516865\shared\combat_speed.rules.json
and change amount to whatever you like

i was looking for a small combat speed increase. Wasting less time but still keeping the feel of the game.
I tested this mod for 2s. Loading into battle, saw that the idle animations were also effeted and turned it right off. The heros look like they just ran 20 miles while iam picking a target.
