May use the track body you made
A: If you have the backup save data that was saved before JST 09/25 07:42.(Not UTC)
->Try to load that save.
B: Don't have the backup.
->Unsubscrive ALL Shinkansen Track V2 series.
->Please add these assets to local asset folder(C:\Users\(username)\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\Addons\Assets)

->If possible, replace ALL Shinkansen Track V2 on your map to vanilla tracks.(If impossible, go to C)
->Save the map.

I fixed it(changed the prefab name to same one that old versions). How is it?
Essentially, when the city loads, it calls for the asset, but because there is something different in the name of something (it could even be down to the name of a node or segment), it cannot load it into the same, creating a null reference. It's trying to load something that is not there. This is also a network asset, which is a very complex thing and thus destructive if it cannot be loaded in. The problem is so bad that the game is completely unplayable.
The tracks aren’t gone away. It simply breaks the save.
I can load the saves but I got “object reference not set to an instance of object”, the null reference error from loading screen mod and in the game. I could not even delete the tracks since it was all messed up in the game (blue screen, missing textures etc)
I tried the saves without the tracks and they are all fine.
I am pretty sure to differentiate the problem was from the tracks.
I use V2 tracks and V2 station tracks in the save.

I am getting a null reference, and within the asset report from the loading screen mod, the problem seems to be "1490475151.Train Track Elevated1" and "1490475151.Train Track Slope1"
Love your stuff, hope this gets fixed, this is the last mod I would have ever expected to break...

I use same asset names and file names to update.
So I don't know why the track gone away.
If you want to claim something, it's going to the developers.....
Probably it's a bug or specification of the base game.
And I have one question. Can you still loading the save after update?
It means, I want to know which situation is the now on "just tracks gone away" or "can't open the save forever with error(like a null references)".
In the past, result is the latter. So it was serious problem.
But if now it's the former, not a serious problem I think.
Because I can open the save, so I just replace the track.
Sometimes I need to update the asset to improve, so that's phenomenon nothing I can do.
