You open the Attila Launcher and there you can upload your mod, you have to accept the rules and it it will be uloaded immediately. After that you best check your profile on steam in "content" and there you will find your mod that you can make "official" instead of "hidden"
I hope the vocabulary will be in that way, because my steam account uses German language. Please ask if there will stuck something

That doesn´t work, i am sorry. i tried it already a lot of times, it is simply not possible for me. But there is a mod unlocking all factions and I think they are even able to settle in there:

Чтож, ждать конечно пришлось не мало, однако это того стоило!) Спасибо большое за этот мод! Обязательно пройду кампанию за эту фракцию, однако после того, как пройду за Аланов... Я просто за них уже начал играть, и прерывать как-то не особо хочу. Единственное, что ещё хотелось бы у вас попросить, можете, пожалуйста, добавить Кутригурам стрелковую конницу на начальном этапе? Это же всё-таки кочевники)
