I was wondering if you had the time to clean up and update the mod ?
The maniquins will not stay dressed, so I no longer bother equiping them...wish someone could find a fix for that that actually works...let me know if you hav any ideas...tried a couple of maniquin mods, but still hav the problem.
This mod is exacly what i was looking for, has a nice little story that gives you a reason to make riverwood your home.
Also have you had any thoughts of making your so called freinds show up in markarth.
Based on feedback in the forums, it would appear Bethesda introduced a bug with the courier in patch 1.6. This seems to impact mods who use the default courier quest, such as this one, as well as possible default quests involving the courier. After a bit of sleuthing, one workaround would be to perform the following;
a) After you've installed this mod and are approached by the courier, fast travel someplace far from the courier. Then return. The 2nd time the courier approaches you, he should give you the letter. I've tried this a few times with this mod and that seems to work for now. If Bethesda doesn't fix this with a future patch, I may go through the trouble of creating my own courier.
@Righteous Fury - If you approach from the tall aspen tree near the stone wall, you shouldn't have any trouble. (Near the deathbell)
@thefallen1.616 Mostly iron and conundrum - I did this as to not give an overly great advantage to lower level players.
This is my absolute favorite house gamewide...the other house mods I'd added are now disabled, and this is the only house that I actually use, even over the houses in towns that I get from the Jarls.
Really loving this house so far !
@The Internet Janitor - As it were, a number of significant fixes went into the later versions. I may consider it at some point, but need to focus on my day job lol. Thanks for the encouraging feedback.
If I can find it again I should give him props lol. The fireplace thing wasn't bothering me just thought I'd mention it.
Thanks for explaining the clean save option will remember that the next time I want to try and clean up a mod :)
@The Internet Janitor - lol, that's exactly what I did with the first release. Due to request (and the fun I had modding), I broke my own rule. In my head I figured since I made the mine a seperate place from the house, folks can simply ignore it and just use the house. No need to ever use the mine if you don't want to once you have the keys.
