Works but Notifications are still showing up at the top right also, any way to disable that?

I'm sure its probably something wrong on my end but this isn't appearing in the right place, its just above the minimap and cut off so I can't even click on the settings button or see anything. I have all DLCs, any ideas why?

This mod doesn't seem to work in Standard Ruleset I know. I haven't tested Rise and Fall.

The compatibility note here says you need the Gathering Storm expansion, though.

If you're including Expansions when you say DLC, then yeah, that's the problem.

I'm not sure it would load when you loaded a saved game anyway outside of Gathering Storm, though, since it doesn't affect saved games.

Well, « only » 100+ for me, but it only takes one culprit to screw mod compatibility…
I’m a bit lazy to pinpoint the issue so I simply passed… Anyway, maybe it’s not even the cause. Also, I’m playing the game’s latest version, but without any DLC, I know it sometimes matters, could it here ?

Works just fine in my game, 155+ mods running.

Same as some previous comments, when I enable this mod I lose my tech/civ tracker, and can’t unroll it. Too bad because that mod looks like a must-have !

I don't use that mod.

The picking a tech was because Research Stop Reminder doesn't work in Standard Ruleset.

Ok, the picking a tech wasn't this mod's fault, the button doesn't work even with this mod disabled. The tracker panes did show up though after I disabled this mod.

I love this mod!
However, it seems to break the World Tracker when used with the Standard Ruleset. The Research and Culture panels just don't appear, and I was unable to pick a tech when I started a game with this active.

Is there a way to make this compatible with CQUI since that implements Simplified Gossip? Because without Simplified Gossip enabled, the text doesn't fit into the log window, while with it enabled (alongside CQUI), the symbols used by that mod do not appear. I usually played with all 3 enabled but had to disable simplified gossip since it may have been causing some UI issues with CQUI by having duplicate mod data. Always loved your work and found using these mods in conjunction super convenient, so would really appreciate if you are able to fix the issue!

Compatibility-wise, please note mod may conflict with others that edit/change the world tracker.

I wanna use this mod, however it doesn't work. Maybe because using Cheat Panel mod?

I love this mod but the multiplayer Chat Panel breaks it. It only displays properly if you disable the chat panel.

While "Simplified Gossip" is shown as optional, not using it will result in the text not fitting the window (because it doesn't skip lines)

So I guess it's not really optional!

Other than that, awesome mod :)

If I use CQUI mode, a notification will come when I research tech or civic.
ex) The current Technology, Archery, is one turn away from maximum inspiration bonus

@BlackSmokeDMax yes, in the mod install directory you'll find Default.sql. Edit this using notepad or similar. Notepad++ is a good app for it. You can adjust the default starting options in there.

Is there anyway to change (and save!) the settings so that you don't need to set them up how you like them every game?

I took the liberty and tried to fix problem with latest "Portugal" update because I felt hopeless without this mod :) It seems that there was change in layout implementation of worldTracker. I tried to make changes accordingly in mod files... fixed files can be found here:

you need to copy them to following place:

{your steam folder}\steamapps\workshop\content\289070\1459493312\UI\

It will replace two files: WorldTracker.xml and WorldTracker_FF16.lua

I made only short test but it seems it has made the trick :) yet - usage is only at one's own risk :)

Also can confirm the reports by pitonsnaboca. Looks like this mod causes the chat window to open permanently, breaking the rest of the ui elements on the left of the screen.
Hoping for a fix once this issue is sorted out. I love this modder and this mod in particular.

I also got the issue below, and miss the mod. Firaxis mishandled notification UI.

I miss this mod terribly. The way Civ 6 does notifications is just terrible. This mod with the combat and & gossip one make it really nice.

After this update, the World Tracker is replaced by what I assume is the chat window (I don't play multiplayer) where the civics and science research should be shown, and completely messes up your civics evolution, preventing you from finishing some of the civics.
I really enjoy this mod so, hoping you find the time and solution for this. :P
