interesting concept, however totally ruined by really bad texture work, from the outdoor battle scenes, to the armors themselves, alot of things just looks worse than the original warband

Hi there, I've only recently found your mod and it's honestly the closest I can get to bannerlord with the whole three kingdoms being the kergit khanate rather than the 3 empire factions I still prefer this. I honestly don't mind the crashes from time to time as I've had a lot of fun running around as some of the base factions and the Shu Han faction <- you can thank reformist on youtube for introducing this mod to me XD I really do thank you for this mod

Really great mod, but the only problem I have is that when I fight my game crashes. Please fix it

the mod is very nice, i would suggest some tweaks:
-give rhodoks another level of crossbowmen + the royal guard should have halberds: at the moment i feel they lost their phalanx + crossbows style
-quoting some other users, it would be nice to have a custom kingdom units, maybe cheaper & weaker than the very specialized of the other factions, but very adaptable (something like Pendor style)
-i have an issue where all female NPCs have the same face. I read another user having the same problem.

love the mod, but a troop tree for custom kingdom troops would be nice

your own kingdom troop tree would be a great thing for this mod,

really wish there is the feature to customise your own troops and start the game as a pricipilaty, king or noble

Great mod, the only problem I have is that when I fight the Chinese factions my game crashes.

this is a really amazing mod. There are a couple of problems though 1. when I attacked Curaw my troops kept getting stuck in some props on the map 2. my game keeps crashing when I fight some of the chinese units. Hope this helps

Great mod. Everything is done pretty damn good, but the asian factions need a huge nerf. Way too OP. Other than that it's almost perfect.

I really am very sorry about this mod, obviously it has been a work in progress since... forever. Thats because im NOT a modder or have any clue what i'm doing. Recently I've started uni so this is the least of my priorities, with all the work and stuff. I am working ALONE and honestly have no clue how to solve a lot of the problems. My game works fine and I have not encountered any of the bugs named. I'm very sorry for the disappointment. If you are able to provide help of sorts or anything, send me a message. Thank you :)

I really enjoy this overhaul so far. However I havent gotten past the beginning stages of a game due to bugs. In battle, the damage and kill log are not shown in the bottom right. Along with that, troop orders and formations work, but the menu doesnt appear leaving you to order troops blindly. Once these are fixed ill gladly revisit this mod.

Side note: is anyone else having this problem??

Sam, order your men to form up on you, then hold ground then you back away. It's a bit long but works.

Nice mod, the one problem I have is sieges. If I let my soldiers charge they just run out to meet the ennemy and I seem to never be able to get my men to hold position at the right spot.
Came here after defending Tredian Castle where my men just ran down the ladder.

Is anyone else seeing alot of the same faces when it comes to female NPC's?

I've got a bug that when I choose both genders, they appear as only female. Even if I choose male, the model is a female and sounds like a female? Any fix

Love this mod but the amount of crashes it has at random makes it almost unplayable for me.

Seems like almost every ten minutes.... crash... at random. Could be doing anything, in town, talking with followers... trading.. anything and BOOM.. crash.

what happen to the mongols

I find sieges to be quite a pain in most cases, pathfinding is a big issue for me especially in Suno and in Wan castle my game just crashes. Love the mod though.

Game crashed when I was approached by bandits near the start.

Also, too many bandits from the beginning. It needs rebalancing, they are much faster than me. I coulnd't go and recruit anyone because I kept getting stopped.

This mod is great. Hope this continues to be updated!

Also anyone find the battles weird? Cavalry standing still? Indecisive AI decisions? Circling battles?

Also I don't get the option to take prisoners or recruit freed prisoners after some battles, anyone else?
