I'm pretty sure it's the official Fallout description of Bozar, it was in Fallout 2 and then in New Vegas (this version is based on that one).
In F2 it's one of the most powerful big guns iirc, and in NV it's a very respectable automatic that can work as a sniper

ayyy, The thing that i was going to make for my generica sniper then i ended up making a combination of an anti material rifle and service rifle.
