Do you have a recommended load order for all the Realism submods you've referred to in The Realism Collection?

this mod works fine

they still work on new patch 1.3.4 but need update the province control panel and that’s it.

All you guys complaining about the mod realize it hasn't been updated in 3 years right? Meaning its obsolete and probably doesn't work correctly anymore? Yikes people.

I've been having the hardest time fighting Carthage as Rome, first I had to fight back and forth for the dominion of Syracuse getting attacked at every weak point that the AI could find, had to get aggressive and rush their capital to cripple their recruiting operations for a while then a sluggish campaing for the control of Africa drained my armies (and my sanity) for at least 50 turns. Meanwhile Massalia became a major player in Gaul, Scythia formed an empire in Crimea out of the bones of the Greek colonies they destroyed and Hayk built a big kingdom to counter the pergamese dominion in Anatolia.
I have never had so much fun and pain in a single Rome Total war campaing.

There is a way to have more skill points per level, to have a full skilled level 10 general?

@OFP Same thing. I thought maybe I suck so much int this game, but maybe it's not only me.

@OFP is spot on with this. I tried so many times using tons of different strategies with no success. Even dropped it all the way down to easy and still got overwhelmed. Fought every battle with minimal casualties but eventually i have 20 stacks of gauls sailing straight for rome? While fighting a defensive war against Carthage, Syracuse, Macedon. celts and constant slave uprisings due to public order issues. Yet im limited to 4 armies. Never declared on anyone.

To conclude, stay away from this mode people you will save yourself time.
ps. i started several campaigns with Rome just to test it because i thought it was just unlucky turn of events in that one campaign, it can happened sometimes, but no it was the same ♥♥♥♥ experience all the time, you are immediately after defeating Epeiros attacked by Carthage and some other surrounding faction and it is always at least two opponents or more that are attacking you.

And then "hoozah" during the same that end turn Carthage declared war (44 in green btw and i didnt cross to ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Sicily with character, God forbidden i took a region there and yes Carthage owned already entire Sicily) on me and let me tell you people Carthage is so much more powerful than Rome it is ridiculous, strength bar is not slightly in there favor in diplomacy screen it is almost to the end in their favor. And ofc with my armies almost crushed by Spartans and with no time to go to Rome to recover (again) only thing i could hope was for them to be passive at least 4-6 turns until i could go to Rome and at least train new units for one army, but no, the same next year huge fleet went to Adriatic and two full armies entered south Italy near Cosentia. And i was playing on a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hard difficulty for campaign, i can imagine what nightmare it is to play on higher!!!

Unsubed! It is not point to make experience ♥♥♥♥ for player but fun, even you are trying to go for Historical realism. So whats about here, i played as Rome and immediately after i dealt with Etruscan's and Epeiros (also ♥♥♥♥♥♥ experience but i hoped it was just for a start and tbh it didnt take so long about 6 years to defeat them both) the same next turn i got attacked by Sparta for no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ reason (good relations btw 50 in green) just in time so i cant stabilize Magna Grecia and oh Spartans didnt wait a single turn but sailed to Taras and landed near where i needed 2 armies (heavily battered by previous battles and with no time to recover and because of pop mechanic it was impossible to do anything but wait in a stalemate near Taras for 8 turns to recover at least a bit before game gives me positive outcome in auto resolve and i needed auto resolve because it was impossible to beat that army with so battered units ) to defeat them.

This will works still if you load this mod the MAIN 1.6 realism mod, UNDER your DEI mods in your load order.... all other mods can go above the DEI mods. im not sure what features are missing but it does work. i have had a UI error. and downloaded then Realism UI mod here on the workshop fixed the error.... i am also using this with the 12 turrn per year mod and various others.

if it crashes, try changing the load order, putting it below dei 123 worked for me

Recently my DEI campaign has been crashing when i use the realism submods, is there any particular reason for this?

The only mods i enable are the official realism mods and the 3 main DEI mods.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Must admit this was my favorite submod for RTW2 DEI the economy and AI agression + moilization was amazing. No joke i saw things in my campaign with this submod i've never seen before! Would it be possible to update?!?!?!? Start a patreon people will pay for this

I've tried it for some turns, and with the suggested neccessities it works... Sort of.

Income changes when you simply click on stuff, same goes for food. That is the most noticable thing, but I feel like there are some other issues with calculations (going from +7 food to -8 food in one turn without any reasonable explanation) and even worse negative RNG then in vanilla ( yes, its possible.

Shame, because I very much liked the basics.

When this mod died my desire to continue with DEI died with it.It was so fun using this mod with 12tpy. I just play the Para Bellum mod now.

Is it by purpose that generals do not get any experience while garrisoned within DEI Realism?
Or should it be the same way as in DEI?

has anyone tried to use this mod in combo with the ultimate12tpy mod? i treid to use them both, but the 12tpy mod seems to overwrite the extended recruitment time for units. does anyone have an idea how to fix that? thx!

I did try having this mod at the bottom load order, and it worked with no problems, or at least I was able to start a new campaign, but doing that would have a few features in this mod be over ruled by other mods loaded before it, so you're not getting the full potential experience intended by the mod makers, plus I wouldn't want to risk starting a campaign, I would hate to get a campaign breaking issue 100 or 200 + turns later

Hope this mod stays up to date with future DEI updates. This mod is an amazing gem.

Yep, this mod still works perfectly. As long you place it last on the load order.

Honestly, it is one of my favourite mods. It really does add so much to realism and I love the UI also.

Guys just so you know i got this to work. You need to have DEI load first and then DEI Realism loaded after that.

By method of elimination, I have concluded this mod is the issue.
- I am NOT useing any mods besides the 3 DEI parts.

Please update or look into it!
