I'll update it tomorrow when I'm on my desktop if I get to it. Sadly I can't do it from my notebook.
danwright405 Sep 12, 2021 @ 9:34am
i did but still saying out of date. is it working for anyone else?
haxo Sep 7, 2021 @ 11:03am
you probably need to unsub and then resub, that's usually what i do to fix the "skip intro" mod at least
danwright405 Sep 7, 2021 @ 8:45am
any plans to update? mod manager says its outdated
The Eater  [author] Sep 7, 2021 @ 2:34am
Most likely it won't cause trouble. But I can't say it for certain without knowing the AI recruitment mod and trying it.
danwright405 Sep 5, 2021 @ 3:12pm
will this conflict with mod im using for the ai recruitment ?

It works! Lost 3 campaigns with Orion on very hard, Khazrak and orcs fuck me hard with multiple stacks haha.
MorglumNecksnapper Jun 14, 2020 @ 1:25am
Gonna download now and check if it works.

The Eater  [author] Dec 14, 2019 @ 10:23am
Yesterday was a busy day, sorry for that. Nevertheless here's the update
Krötentöten Dec 13, 2019 @ 12:22pm
Does it need an up0date?
Krötentöten Dec 10, 2019 @ 11:22pm
Lovely! Thank you for your heads up!
The Eater  [author] Dec 10, 2019 @ 12:27pm
It definitely will be displayed as incompatible after the update, though I can not say if it will cause the game to crash. However it doubtlessly won't be much of a pain to update which I'm going to (most likely on Friday).
Krötentöten Dec 10, 2019 @ 2:02am
do you think this will need an update come the patch?
haxo Oct 3, 2019 @ 4:00am
ty!
The Eater  [author] Oct 2, 2019 @ 10:55pm
Oh, sorry. My fault!
Now it should work!
haxo Oct 2, 2019 @ 2:07pm
btw for some reason that link you just sent (and the one in the description) isn't working. it says "Sorry! An error was encountered while processing your request: There was a problem accessing the item. Please try again."

I do like the high values. However it doesn't take much effort to change a few values and I made a second version of this mod here:

I hope, this version suits you better.

Thanks for the reply. An update would be great. I like the idea of this but rather see the growth modifier not changed. Reason - I like early game fights with lower tier units and hate that fast jump to elites. Please consider change to this. Thanks. P.S. upkeep jumps are drastic for v. hard and legendary, would like to see those bump to -45 and -70 if possible but may be asking too much.

Sorry for the late answer but I don't spend much time on Steam right now. First of all, I am not sure if it works right now because of the new DLC. At the moment, I work somewhere else as where my Desktop stands. If I however find some time this weekend, I will look over it and update it if needed.
To your question: I usually use it on Very Hard (mostly, because I don't like the Realism Battles of Legendary). But because those are massive upkeep decreases for the AI, they will field significantly more armies. Especially the early game might be nearly impossible if you make a few strong enemies and can't save before battle. However it should be quite playable, even on Legendary, if you pick a faction which won't let you drown in an ocean of enemies early on (like Tyrion for example).
Pita Bread Sep 22, 2019 @ 5:59pm
I usually play on legendary. What difficulty setting would you recommend with this mod?
The Eater  [author] Apr 19, 2019 @ 10:02am
It should work now
Trashboy420 Apr 19, 2019 @ 6:09am
Does this work since new DLC?
The Eater  [author] Apr 16, 2019 @ 6:42am
It is save game compatible. If something doesn't work, there might be other mods involved
nooby900 Apr 14, 2019 @ 12:05am
save game compatible? or needs a new game?
Stretch Feb 14, 2019 @ 1:09pm
Thanks, I'll give it a whirl next campaign. I like having the odds stacked against me and sweating bullets during the AI's turns. Also thanks for your hard work put into this my good sir! :steamhappy:
The Eater  [author] Feb 12, 2019 @ 3:51pm
The mods you mentioned change the way the AI behaves. This mod doesn't improve the decisions of the AI by making it more expansive or letting it build more balanced armies.
However, it simply buffs AI's income, costs and growth what will lead to more and bigger armies but also to better developed cities. The exact changes are in the description.

How would you compare the campaign experience to Minos' and CeltiK's old AI mods?
The Eater  [author] Nov 16, 2018 @ 3:37pm
glad to hear :)

haxo Nov 14, 2018 @ 4:55pm

IntrepidH Jul 25, 2018 @ 5:13pm
I'm doing a campaign with 40 units per lord and this has been perfect to go along with the experience thanks!
