@dfq825, the situation is kind of weird. I played this mod a lot on a weak laptop and everything was working just fine, except some bugged moments which Exaelus fixed reeeeealy fast.
Right now my PC has 16GB of RAM but I doubt my heavily modded game (including this mod) ever used more than 3GB, even with Chinese patch.
Might be just last updates from RedHook. Legacy version + unofficial patch is the most stable way to play. Probably. :sunekosuri:

And I also tested it both with and without installing the "Darkest.exe" Unofficial Fix Patch by 局外人. Got the same result.

I tested the same mod and same saves on my laptop (64GB RAM), and I could get in, but full-screen mode would flicker black. The fix was to switch to windowed mode and modify the DarkestDungeon\shared\resource_manager.setup file as per the tutorial. After doing that, the laptop ran perfectly—no crashes (I played continuously for over 10 hours without any crash!!!)

but on the Legion Go, even after doing the same steps, it’s still glitchy. Only some of the graphics returned to normal. (When I turned off this mod, the handheld with 16GB RAM was able to enter raid without any graphical glitches in the same save.)

my guess now is that it’s probably due to the 16GB RAM. Has anyone else run into something similar?

has anyone tried running this mod on a device with 16GB RAM?(All of the following tests have turned on and off virtual memory, but the same results )

I’m playing the 64-bit version on my Legion Go handheld (only 16GB RAM). At first, after a few weeks in game(3 or 4), it would crash when entering a raid. But after closing RTSS and all audio enhancement software, I managed to get in. However, inside the raid, the game gets all glitchy—everything except some UI elements becomes a mess of colorful flashing pixels and mosaics. Literally unplayable.

@joan: There is a 5% chance for trapezohedrons and if you have all umbral trinkets then it's only trapezohedrons.

Sorry but anyone is getting only Puzzling Trapezohedron instaed of umbral trinket when using umbral keys on phantom chest? or umbral trinkets are not guarented?

Is there any way to know what stats each essence gives? I thought the fire one would be pure % damage but it ended up being bleed

For my suggestion with reminiscences for modded regions (Vermintide=Rat , Mountain=Tribal,Pet Cemetary=Ghost+Zombie, Sunward=Yokai) couldnt u possibly make something like the pets2 where they have pets for modded heroes that just dont appear unless u have the specific mod installed? So that those reminiscences only drop in those regions and if u dont have those they simply never appear.
Also a smol sidenote since rats but is it anyhow possible to make nerub work with the arduous curios? if i put nerub below its sewer curio simply never spawns and if i put it on top the arduous curios never spawn in ruins instead.
Obviously its only an idea and i already love the arduous mod as is!

Hey, there's an issue with a part of your code. At least in the part I saw, the Shambler's random buffs have a duplicate bleed buff but no blight buff. This means that most of the time, the Shamblers encountered are abnormally strong in bleeding

since u made it work with pet cemetary, vermintide and sunward isles in ur compability patches, is there and plans to add the reminiscences for rat, yokai and zombie+ghost for the respecitve regions? once again great mod overall so far loving it

@Exaelus also idk if ive encountered a bug but i made someone a soul keeper and their quirks are kinda bugged out. soul keeper is at the very top , then 2 spots are blank and then she got their other 3 quirks. And whenever she were to get a new quirk it just changes one of the existing 3 so 2 spots are just forever unused.

Next time i can make someone a soul keeper ill test it with someone that already has all their quirks unlocked

@Pandora Erbs: Well... just crit with the person holding it and you will unleash it. Also putting Nightmare over Arduous might cause issues so be careful.

really love the mod so far. Any way to make it work with "the nightmare"? The mobs there already get buffs but currently the lvl 7 missions dont seem to be generating. Tempted to throw it above arduous in the load order but im scared it might brick the save.

Also just a sidequestion what does pandoras box do? ive taken it with me on a few expeditions now but nothing ever happens

@齐某人: What exactly do you mean? I'm a bit confused why that should be done?
@Morigar: They only appear in original areas. The Courtyard is mostly pre-made and they have curios set on the map itself, it was all placed manually so there is no point, the missions to get blood could have them but I rather not and it's not made for modded areas.

I noticed that the new curio interactions with coins only show up in the legacy dungeons. Is there a reason they don’t also appear in the Courtyard, Vermintide, or Sunward Isles? Are those dungeons excluded by design, or could they be added in a future update?

@Pandora Erbs: Worthy is a random quirk heroes can spawn with and elemental attunements happen through special quests or if you find an elemental altar you can offer a random supply item and elements that fit that supply item one of them may drop or a trinket. ^^

got 2 questions. I got my first umbral trinket but it requires me to be "worthy" , how does one become worthy? the other question is regarding elemental atunements, how does one become atuned? i got trinkets for it but idk how to make them work

Actually it still works with some spawn mods, i just had lost crusade spawn on me while having arduous on suprisingly

@Pandora Erbs: Yeah sadly the way the game is modded it's not possible because you can't have multiple spawn files that are considered it only takes one spawn file, from the mod that's on the top of the mod list, sadly, so unless someone merges all the files, I don't think it's going to happen. :/ Sorry.

Doesnt Seem to work with any of the mods that adds more creatures like "Here be Monsters" "Home for lost monsters" "Koalas Creature collection" or just random added enemies like mermaids for coves etc. None of those ever spawn

Hello, I got a question about this mod from a friend of mine yesterday: when fighting the Radicals boss in Warrens, my friend retreated from the Radicals boss's room once, and then when he re-entered the Radicals boss's room, he found that the Radicals boss didn't respawn again, and instead, another battle was refreshed in this boss room. This issue caused my friend to be unable to complete the boss kill task. I hope you can investigate this problem.

Have been playing this for a while, very fun mod, just the custom loots are appearing only as white dots in the upper left corner of their respective portraits. Is there any fix or should i move the mod higher in the modlist?

@JP 54464: Gold cost went down and portrait cost went up yeah, I reduced it to 75, also the guild hall upgrades portrait cost is reduced by almost half.

I got to the point I can get districts again and noticed the Banks portriat cost doubled.
I was gonna ask which do you think is better to try and rush, Coins, Special keys, Heirloom stack, or gold stack.

I think one that's gonna cost diamonds because 100 Portraits is high

@JP 54464: Yeah I gave a bit of a boost to base classes on some abilities, Leper only got a 5ACC buff, some extra effect here or there on classes, like Antiquarian can proc some healing over time, crusader gets reflect damage on his bulwark etc.

I had that issue too but it was with a modded class so I let it go

I just noticed some of the changes you put on character moves too. I hit one of those slugs in the cover with sacrificial stab and it got a buff of +25% prot (80 total) and dude did 4 damage because the 30% thing procked.

Something weird is happening with Flummoxed negative quirk: while with Leper seems to work correctly, with the Musketeer instead it block almost all attacks, included Execution Shot and Return Fire, which don't mention any debuff
