This mod is no longer updated, it has been replaced. Shouldnt change that though.

I have a question. Does this mod interfere with the research gotten roughly the middle of the early game that gives you an extra Civic selection? I guess the better question is: Are you limited to 3 civics, or will it be increased to 4 later on?

oh uhh... So thats why it did that ok So it wasn't the other mods ok but I fixxed it by getting rid of those other mods ( also try and add in some very sleek and sexy looking ships ok because all the other vanilla ones are trash don't look good at all, so please try and make some that look like original ships from star wars but with a few or a lot of differences to the ship it is trying to copy so no copy right strike it is all up to you).

Also don’t use it will any other civic mods except, Origins Civics (and mods like PD, GPM, Elves of Stellaris)

Ah, alright then. Just curious. I've used this and the more civics mod before. I liked them though with the games substantial changes via patches and updates It eventually kept causing crashes. I'll check out the new one, Government Overhaul, that is in open beta. Looking forward to it.

This mod will work with any other civic mod that doesn’t overwrite 00_civics file.

@137438, no need for other civic mods, except Origins Civics, and mods that don’t add civics primarily (PD, GPM, etc.)

I’ve literally taken the best from nearly every mod on the workshop. See credits in the discussion above.

The mod will be compatible with EUTAB, however Republican authority wont get special edicts. I will fix this is a patch. Everything else should be fine.

No traditions will be included. I like using Expanded Stellaris Traditions, but you can use any tradition mod.

Down the line in the far future traditions might be integrated, but that’s not on my mind right now. This is a Government Overhaul, not a Culture Overhaul.

Yeah, the Collectivist/Individualist and Industrialist/Environmentalist combos will become civics. Also Collectivist and Individualist get there own special edicts.

@teo-lost2, it doesn’t need one, really. I recommend to just use PROB + Authoritarian Purge + the patch for AP.

@PTSR, as soon as we finish with it we will release it, no later than August 19th.

I found the origin of the problem, you're missing a closing bracket for the OR statement at line 1108 in the civic_destructive_tendencies block.

@rsbrock20, nothing in the code suggests why this happens. Try switching to a robot/hive mind midgame and see if they have any civics.

@Everyone, I’ve changed my mind and decided to keep the extra authority from Cultural Overhaul/More Civics in Ethics & Civics Rebuild. This means that the Republicanism civic will be removed. Cheers.
