The guy below me makes a good point, the changes to purge settings is batshit crazy although, it doesn't look like the author was serious with this to begin with considering it wasn't seemingly worked on for more than a single month.

@Primed58 In most cases if you want another mod to take priority over a certain aspect it should come after the one you want to overwrite

Try adding this mod in before AoC and see if that works for you.

This sounds great except that it conflicts with Age of Calamitous - is there any way to remove purge and leveling restrictions?
