Is the sounds folder located in a certain steam folder?

I can't find them in the menu, and yes I've re-downloaded them.

When you click "add clip to track" click the arrow next to "all mods" and change it to "workshop" then click "all mdl files" all of the ucn sounds will be there.

click on sound files all of the sound files should be in there
