You need man power fuel or ammo to recruit....control a AO to get points:fearsomeaura::chug:

You need to place a FOB far from the operacional base....than you can recrut soldiers commander! :fearsomeaura::chug:

i can't enter zeus and i am in the commander slot
plz im playing solo and i need to recruit ai
